Had a reservation. Called and confirmed the trailer was there, you know because a Uhaul confirmed paid reservation doesn't mean the trailer will actually be there when you go to pick it up. Started driving the 25 miles to the location but when I was 2 miles away, they called and said they were canceling my reservation because they didn't have the trailer. I said "I just spoke to you and you said you were looking at my trailer as we spoke". Their response "no I didn't." Uhaul is an evil company across the board. I was only driving 25 miles to get this trailer because two other locations already jerked me around. One in Georgetown closed early before my reserved and scheduled pickup time. I drove there and saw the trailer but couldn't get it. When I called the after hours number they said they closed early because it was slow. I said I had a reservation and he replied that I didn't because he had canceled it. Uhaul is an evil company. Avoid them at all costs.

They cancelled my reservation after I had already driven to the location to pick up the truck. Apparently they had given my reserved truck to someone else without consulting with me.

I should have read the reviews, my son show up to pick up the truck he reserved for 10.30..to find out they gave it to somebody else at 8 am and charged him for it...very rude and unprofessional, they don deserve a star..

I had a reservation at 10:30am on Saturday January 12th, I showed up to pick up my truck and the "manager" told me that someone else has picked up my reservation..he tried to lie about the name at first, and said there's nothing he could do about it which is b*******. I called customer service and they told me that just gave away my reservation away to someone they didn't try to identify. It's embarrassing to give them one star even. I paid for the truck, and they have that truck away two hours before my reservation pick up time.

Tried to cancel my truck order, showed up late with my ubix order, never communicated, and never picked up the phone. Horrible experience. Would NEVER USE if you have them option

Absolutely the worst customer service. We had an appointment to pick up our UHaul at 1pm. We arrived at the store at 1pm on the dot and the man running the counter told us that he was closed and to get the F*** out of his store and then said F*** you when we said we had a appointment to pick up. It was a horrible experience and we're blown away how rude he was. Never picking up here ever again and UHaul should shut him down.

We were suppose to pick up a truck tonight, got there and they decided to close early and the workers told us they couldn’t help us with getting our reserved truck until tomorrow. Terrible customer service.

Customer service representatives at facility could use additional training, there is no consistency. Turnover makes it difficult. Beware of late fees, stay on top or you end up with hefty fees. Ms. Brown, co owner very unprofessional.

Never inspected truck with us - just handed us the keys and left us to findd out which one was ours. Truck was extremely old and would barely get above 55 mph. Made horrible noises when you reversed truck and turned to right - grinding, popping, etc. Gas gauge is messed up and sticks at just below 3/4 tank. Caused us to accidentally fill the truck up - cost us $20 more in gas than we needed to put in it. Next time I need a uhaul and it's like that - I will return it and go elsewhere.

Rude customer service. They sent me to a location that was closed and I explained and was told my reservation was for at a time before they close when I had proof of what time I called and the customer service person was rude in every aspect! They do t deserved my one star!!
