Had them do some tunning on my 2015 durmax that had 109k miles on it with no issues. It took almost 2 weeks for that and still didt get the new 5 position swich to work so got the truck back with a single tune and transmission started sliping under load especially with trailer and even told them before it slipped that it was having hard shifts thay said that how it should be took back to re check tunning and check tranny said thinks having a tcm problem or valve body took over a mouth and replaced tcm said it was alright got it back truck in idel had no reverce unless give it back kind just put me off and week later tranny went out . And to top it all off some one smoked in the truck I whould never take any of my vehicles there very slow and terrible communicaton I would text and not get response for few days or when I whould call if they answered thay acted like they were working on it when they weren't

Our company truck broke down about a mile from Joel's shop and we had it towed there late on a Monday afternoon/evening. The crew at Universal Auto Repair got it looked and fixed on Tuesday and we were able to pick it up on Wednesday! The price was reasonable and I couldn't ask for quicker service! We need this vehicle on a daily basis, so having it fixed and returned quickly was a real life saver. Thanks, Joel and Teresa and everyone else on the team!!
