Used for Amazon return. It was such a fast and simple process. I've never seen these kiosks before for returns. The store itself was very clean & the associates were friendly & quick to greet and check on any further needs.

Sophie at the Hutto location was very customer forward and making sure to keep conversation while making my returns. The store was well kept and was air conditioned very nicely while waiting. I was out in a matter of 5 minutes. Her patience also was amazing as I was not sure how the process worked.

I don’t think it’s possible to find a more friendly and well ran business. So kind and patient with those of us that are not text savvy! The staff members run like a fine tuned machine. Just happy, kind, patient, helpful staff. All of them!!!
