This location is always nice and helpful to me however, when speaking to a USPS agent, they told me I could pick up my package as early as 6am and online confirmed the same information. I showed up at 6:40am before work, no one assisted me, and their sign says package pick up doesn’t start til 8am so it would be great if they could update their business hours so people don’t waste their time.

Want to lose a package use USPS... Want to never speak to a person use USPS.... 3 times in a row now sending or receiving a package shipped with USPS has resulted in my items being lost with no recorse.

I don't know why this location gets bad reviews, I've had way friendlier experiences here than some of the others.

My package was mistakenly registered as “Moved/left no address” when they attempted delivery, which is the first mistake since I have not moved from this house and I receive packages without problem. The lady at the phone was by far the most useless, rude person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service. Good luck to anybody that has to deal with any problem at USPS Hutto.

Bummer than this location is rated so low. Not insanely busy around lunchtime on a weekday when I went and the staff are super pleasant, efficient people

Everything was handled well.courteous clerk. A line formed, but it was soon handled well and no one left before they could take care of what they came for.

If I could do 0 I would, can’t deliver packages to the right place, it’s just one task and still can’t do it right, oh and trying to help you get it back yeah good luck because it sucks, makes sense since it’s from the government

I was running late from work and needing to ship an important package. Arrived to this post office location and as I approaches the front doors another couple was walking out from the shipping office. When I tried to enter the female employee shut the door and locked it with me standing there with a relabeled package. I showed her the box and pointed to the pre purchased label to show that it would only be a few seconds to scan. She proceeded to point to the hours of operation sign and shook her head to say no.
I did not get the employees name, but she was a brunette with glasses. Very unfortunate to see somebody in a tax payer funded position treating those exact tax payers this way. Incredibly frustrated and now see why this location has a 2.6 star rating.

Every single time I come here, the postal clerks do such a stand up job. Kind, courteous, efficient and with genuine smiles on their faces. Even today, as people flooded the room at 5 o'clock on a Friday with one older gentleman having a dolly's worth of packages (literally brought in on a dolly), they were both excellent to everyone. I really appreciate the people who work at USPS - Hutto!

this location, USPS. it’s not good stealing your package damage your package not delivery your package and very bad this location. The management is very bad. I need to change because all the package is not safety. Don’t interested for this location. You need to complain. Check all your staff all your package all your box. This is my third time. I never got it. My package and I walk away. I talk to them she said oh sorry that’s it.

The people working at the Hutto USPS office are super friendly and efficient. I truly enjoy the fact that it's a super convenient location. I am usually in/out in less than 5 minutes. Parking is great and the place is always clean and tidy. I sincerely believe that some of the bad reviews are aiming at bad experiences with mail delivery at their homes, but not about the office store.

I had a package that needed my signature and they didn't even knock. I now have to scramble to figure out how to get my package before I go on vacation. Thanks Hutto Postal Deliver rep, you're the worst.
