Terrible place, I waited for 30 minutes and I was told nobody can take care of me because I don't have an appointment, I asked the lady to take care of me until one of her appointments show up and still refused

If I could completely step away from wells fargo I would. The issues just come and come. But unfortunately my job does checks through Wells Fargo and even though I closed my accounts with them personally after multiple issues like false charges even when I was unable to close my account. I still have issues with Wells Fargo just to cash my check. It's beyond ridiculous. I choose this location to leave my review cause I've cashed my check at other locations no issues. But here the manager did the whole condescending have a great day bull!!

Went in to update sons account. Had to have an appointment... there was one person being served. Tried to make one with help of manager... why he couldn't help... who knows. All their cards with QR code just took us to Spanish site (English or Spanish). Manager had difficulty getting to appointment site on line. Finally got to it... couldn't have an appointment for 3 days. Service sucks at this Wells now. Find another bank. Might as well be online now. They can't find people.

walked in at 445 and was turned away, because new accounts take 40 plus minutes.. i work 8-5 and have been rushing to this branch for the past week to make it in b4 5:00pm . Just to be told that i could not be helped. no signs on the door saying new accounts b4 4:00.. NOTHING… just a sorry “Mrs.White can you take off to come in” actually i can’t , cause my mortgage just went up $591 and i have to work overtime…

Just went into this branch to open a business account. The gentlemen Teller behind the counter immediately told us he didn't have time to help us and to come back another day. Looks like we will be taking our BUSINESS elsewhere.

Went in the middle of a weekday simply to add my wife to my checking account. So short handed the drive through was closed and only 1 banker to handle non withdraw/deport business so they said I had to make an appointment. Made one for the soonest availabe the next day. Got there, again in the middle of a weekday, and the branch was closed with a sign stating they were closed but with no re-opening date (looked as if they were for sure done for the day) and no reason. And no phone call to cancel the appointment. They have wasted enough of my time.

I used banks atm got charged $3 for pulling rent which I agreed but then charged an extra $2.50. I know it's not a allot but due to times were in this is ridiculous.

I went to bank this week with a big jar of coins that I had been saving all year to deposit it in my account. I arrived about 9a, just after opening and I was the only customer in the bank at the time. I made a four figure deposit which consisted mostly of big bills. I also had with me a mason jar with primarily quarters, nickels and dimes. The teller gave me a tray and paper sleeves to roll it. I don't understand why she could count the big bills, which she did with no problem, but not the coins. Sure, it takes longer, but I am a customer. I went to the lobby to start rolling out my coins, accidentally dropped my purse, and some of the coins. As I sat there in an empty lobby with a teller looking on, this wonderful lady came over named Mirian Cintron. She is a personal banker there and offered to help me roll the change and expedite my morning experience. Miriam was incredibly helpful, pleasant, professional and turned around my entire experience with Wells Fargo that day. Had I not had the experience with Miriam, I would have closed my account later that day and taken my business elsewhere. What the teller and personal banker didn't know is that I just moved to the neighborhood and now, because of Miriam, I will continue to come to that branch and work with her. They also didn't know my mom is a recent window and looking for a new bank. I understand we live in a world where efficiencies need to take place, but I believe my teller experience could of been handled better and am thankful my personal banker experience went the way it did. Because of the teller I took what would have been an exceptional review down to only 4 stars. If I could give Miriam 10 stars I would.

This branch is awful. They do not answer their phones at all. The type of appointment I need is not available to book online. I have to go to Round Rock to get anything taken care of.

Appointment fiasco. I waited a month for an appointment to open an account. Took the time off or work and everything. 2 days before the appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule for a week later over the phone. I again schedule the time off work and show up today for that appointment and am told that the appointment had been for two days earlier (by mistake, I assume, we confirmed the new date and appointment time). I'm not going back.

The Wells Fargo in Hutto staff is top notch. They're caring, friendly, professionals who have taken care of me in so many ways. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
