Too much of pain due to constant "not available at this location" rendering the delivery service utterly worthless. My order (cut in half) by not available. Amazon bought Whole Foods and Fresh. God help me Walmart is better. Truly end times, but thankfully not the only option

Very upset that HEB convenience store I spent $50 bought Lott tickets. I checked my old Lott tickets. I hit about $147. I tried to cash out. The lady said she can only cash me out $100. The reason is they are not allowed to cash out tickets for over $100. She told me I can walk in HEB to cash out. Oh well I guess convenience store isn't that convenient. I parked my car and walked in HEB. The costumers services lady said oh the system is off we can't cash out at this moment. I asked why HeB convenience store only cash out $100? She said because they are convenience store. I guess I hit jackpot I said. Her face dropped. Nice local store HEB.

This Awesome Store ....I shop here frequently and I see the same Love they showed me last night in the cold and rainy weather I see it displayed with everyone that comes to this store not only are they always have things that we need to survive and and nurtures our FAMILYS ,but they care about OUR WELL being &OUR safety and that ultimately the best feeling in the world to make sure that someone you don't know is SAFE I really appreciate that!!

HEB plus located on Gatti's school road in the Hutto area is an amazing huge grocery store with a huge variety of meat and poultry and cheeses and breads that are fully grown and prepared by HEB!!! HEB has a huge selection of choice wines and alcoholic beverages along with their sodas and tea favorites that only HEB can provide for their customers within the Austin metropolitan and surrounding communities!!! HEB stores throughout the Hutto and surrounding communities have provided for their customers absolutely friendly and helpful customers care and assistance within the Hutto communities!!! My review is for the floral department. A month ago I went in to make my mom a special bouquet myself and all I asked for was to be sold some of the brown paper they use to wrap their own bouquets. Not only did I have to wait a while for the girl to get off her phone to attend me, she also wouldn't sell me the paper. I don't know if it's company policy to not sell it but to just flat out say no is pretty irritating. I didn't ask for it to be free. Bottom line the girl, which turns out to be the new manager apparently, was rude for no reason. I love this H‑E‑B overall, everyone is so sweet & welcoming so I would recommend them looking into more helpful managers in the future because this girl is not it. When I drove up, the two girls were talking to each other. I thought they may not have seen me. One came on and said , very rudely, that we're they'd be with me in a minute. She then served 2 other people before before me. If I can find another pharmacy that does compound medication, I'll not be back

Customer service counter needs to have more employees! Pisses me off because I needed to be helped at the service counter plus I was in a hurry and this employee takes off to get the costumer a steamer vacuum. She didn't even call for back up to help. I figured forget this I'm going to a gas station to get the help I need, so I left!

This review is for their floral department that I booked for my wedding florals. The process was easy and the cost was much more affordable compared to other places I looked. Granted my wedding was on the smaller size and I didn't need a lot of florals, my cost ended up being under $500 for bridal & bridal party bouquets and table center pieces. I decided to pick up my flowers on the day off so that helped with the cost. They can make any wedding pieces you typically need and you can choose from a variety of flowers and colors. Overall, I was happy with my experience and was glad H‑E‑B had a wedding floral service. I recommend you stop by in person so you can communicate exactly what you want and bring reference photos.

Not all H-E-B locations are created equal. This store located in Hutto has more to offer (as indicated by the plus! designation). The produce, meat, bakery, and deli sections are huge with a wide selection of offerings that you don't see at the typical H-E-B. There's also a UPS store located at the front so it's a convenient place to drop off packages, especially Amazon.com returns. Recommended.

They sell premium floral arrangements that are past their prime for full price. This is the second time I have received flowers bought at HEB that didn't make it to even 1 week. I called and was told they are guaranteed for 5 days. What a waste of money and shady business practice. Will try to avoid this business as much as possible and have expressed to to my family and friends never to buy flowers at HEB.

Good grocery store and I like the choices...BUT THE PHARMACY IS TERRIBLY SLOW! WTH??!! No joke, 30 min wait in line to pick up ready meds???? 4 people ahead of me were frustrated as well. They helped including myself 5 whole people in half an hour??? Dumb. Step it up. People are just picking up meds. Restaurants making food are faster than this.

If I could give 0 stars I would they hung up on my home care patient who was calling in regards to the pharmacy if this is how y'all treat YALLS patients I don't recommend it at all

Curbside sucks. Doing a favor order and waited over 20 mins for 5 bags to come out. Do better curbside. I literally watched these kids drag their asses no sense of urgency whatsoever smh
