SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE!!!!My fiance and I just came back from Fredericksburg, and decided to stop by since the smell of grilled meat was so enchanted. When we came in, the atmosphere and the server was so nice. However, Pad Thai and Cry Tiger was not up to our expectation. The cry tiger was okay, nothing too catchy and DOES NoT WORTH 29$. The Pad Thai on the other hand, was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. It was SOOO salty, kinda sour, and DOES NOT taste like a pad Thai. I thought I was going to have a heart attack from all of the salt. As an asian, this is a slap to the face and disrespect to Asian culture!!!What made it worst is we waited for a long time to receive this kind of joke!!

On the way to Fredericsburg, there is a Thai place in Stonewall. I had Banh Mi in a Bowl, a dish they had since the food truck day. The dish was well made with fresh ingredients. The peanuts were crispy as was just prepared. Preserved shredded carrots was a nice touch. The egg with runny yoke when mixed rice and grill pork was just delicious! The grill pork was a bit blank though. It could charred a bit more with more seasoning. Overall it is a great dish.

Such a pleasant place to eat under the trees of the back patio and enjoy full flavors with quality ingredients- very delicious and thoughtfully prepared dishes. The owner truly loves his work and serving guests his creations and it shows.

Hey Thai is very good and operated by very nice folks. The food here is always consistently good. My favorite is the Thai basil curry rice with chicken. My wife's in the yellow curry with shrimp. We also recently tried the fresh spring rolls with shrimp. They were

The food was amazing. Unfortunately, the. Service didn’t measure up.We were not asked what we wanted to drink, if our food was okay, or if we wanted something further. Our check could have been higher, so this was a mistake.I hope it was just a bad night for the people who were waiting tables.

Great Thai place with good prices and friendly staff. I had the mild pad Thai with chicken and green tea and my friend had the garlic udon. Both dishes were generous portions and had great flavor.

Love this place! A hidden gem and nice retreat from the other fare generally available in the area. Food is very fresh and delicious. We went first about a year ago and were in the area again today. They have obviously continued to pour their love into their business and their food. The fried chicken dishes are crispy and juicy. Flavor on the stir fry was incredible.

One of the best Green Curries I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). The brightness of the Kefir lime flavor stood out. There were loads of toothsome veggies, and the chicken was exceptional — perfectly cooked chunks of thigh meat. Medium spice was plenty warm for me. Eats more like a soup with a side of rice you can dip with your spoon. Friendly service and a very nice indoor/outdoor dining atmosphere too.Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be ordered without meat. The Green Curry would be just as spectacular with Tofu I’m sure.

As an Asian American family, we 100% recommend Hye Thai! We were driving through on a little excursion in Fredericksburg and needed to grab lunch. Noticed this 5-star restaurant… and voila! I might dare say — best Thai food we’ve had in Texas, or even the entire USA! We got the chicken satay, fried chicken, spring rolls, and green curry. Food was excellent and service was amazing! Come give it a try!!!

Loved this Thai restaurant! Fresh and flavor packed. Most Americanized Thai restaurants have no spice in the dishes. This spot lets you pick the spice level you want. The building is brand new and clean. The staff lovely…(Dad, Son, Mom). Local folks that started with a food truck and now brick and mortar. I enjoyed the green curry with jasmine rice, others at the table had pad thai, crispy chicken bowl, beef and broccoli. Fresh vegetable spring rolls and fried pork egg rolls. All enjoyed! Looking forward to returning soon.
