I like Allsups and do my best to give them my business, but not this one. I tried 2 of their gas pumps that didnt have out of service bags on them and neither worked and the bathroom was not fit for man or beast. I'd go down the road to another one if you can.

We frequently shop at the Idalou allsups location and appreciate the rewards from using the yes way app
particularly my husband who earns points as a truck driver
unfortunately on October 1, 2024 the two staff members on duty were unfamiliar with app leading to inadequate customer service, including being advised to redeem points else where
Ultimately, we successfully redeemed the points at a Lubbock location
we will not be returning to Idalou.

One star due to multiple bad experiences at this location. Never sanitary, especially the restroom. Staff is honestly the worst part. Very rude, unprofessional environment. Most of the time the employees are more concerned with each others personal lives than the customer. I frequent this location weekly due to the lack of stores in the area and most times you can expect 2-3 employees with only one register running and a line wrapped around the store.

Worst Allsups we have ever been to. They charged us for 4 of something that we wanted zero of, of which they put one in the bag ? then after the return somehow they charged us the same amount again.

Went in today and its disgustedly hot in there they got these poor workers with no a/c in a stuffy store so gross like why??? Its 102 outside i can't with them ALLSUPS DO BETTER THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!

2nd at this location within 3 days. Bathroom is NASTY just like it was the other day. You can tell nobody is cleaning the bathroom at all. Cashier is handling food with the same gloves he's handling money with and picking up trash.I'm starting to think the whole chain of stores needs a training course in sanitization and disinfect. Also food handling licenseNasty!

Do not go overnight if you're wanting food that cashier gets upset because he has to do his job. And if woman have to put their hair up when cooking food he should have to also.
