I been staying here for the past 2 weeks and the stay has been amazing. Its close and convenient to my place of employment and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping cleans and make my bed every single day with clean towels and a clean scent when I get back from work.

This is the kinda of place you avoid. I gave it two stars only because the front desk clerk was really nice. Other than that - it’s a dump. It’s falling apart.
-Men hanging out in parking lot staring at you unload, including one of the workers.
-People smoking something in their cars at night.
-Overgrown weeds, dirty walls, musty moldy smelling rooms. -Stained walls and carpets.
-The curtains didn’t even cover the windows, I had to use my hair clip to hold it.
*This place looks like it’ll give you a fungus. Doesn’t feel safe at all - I checked out a day early I was so grossed out. Ruined my trip.

I've been using this hotel for business trips recently. The rooms are a bit dated but always clean. Yvette (sp?) and Eduardo at the front desk are top notch! Very helpful and friendly :)

The friendly and professional staff are amazing and the sheets are pretty clean but the rooms are dated. Give them a chance.

This is a fleabag motel. The AC u nit was noisy all night. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but you could smell the smoke through the over-used lysol spray in the room. We arrived 30 minutes early before checkin at 3 pm and they refused to let us check in early without paying an additional $20. When we saw how lousy the place looked we attempted to cancel but were refused. Then they have the audacity to require a damage deposit of $100 for a cheap room. Then they said it would take 3 to 5 days before it is refunded. It appears from reading other reviews that it'll be longer than that. I hope I have saved some of you from the mistake of booking a room here.

The location and the room were both fine. Im not happy that its been 5 days now and I haven’t received my security deposit back yet…

Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were typical hotel rooms. Air condition worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Didn't see any bugs. We had to cut our trip short due to a medical emergency. Refund was processed before we got home.

Overall the experience was great. The room service lady knocked several times a day and a few times way too early for my liking. Front desk people are awesome. Pool was ok, several kids jumping off the furniture or overall not being watched.

I would like to know who to get in contact whoever is over the manger who is running this place so I can inform them about how racist, rude and unprofessional the manger is. We payed for our room day for day for almost 2 wks and the couple lives on the property in the back of the office with a newborn well the husband ever since we booked with them has had an attitude with us our entire stay. His tone of voice was always passive aggressive, he constantly harassed my husband every chance he could over any thing in general. Where he parked, his oil leak, even us booking online getting a 40% discount. When we checked out he blamed us us for a blue dye on the fitted sheet, and stained towels we used to mop up the floors and from when I cleaned out the refrigerator from the day we checked in. He didn't want to give us our deposit back AT ALL. HE WAS down right rude and disrespectful we took the towels and sheets ourselves to wash and we've got all the stains outs but the fitted sheet with the blue dye I made it clear that had to be there before we even got this room he then said it's blue hair dye I said nobody hair is blue around here now that I put it together his girlfriend whoever she is was the only person on the property with blue hair. We got our deposit back because we washed everything when they didn't even try to wash it. They just wanted to pocket our deposit. So all the comments about them wanting to find any little things just to keep the deposits and all the comments about that man who's running this place is racist BELIEVE IT! YOU GUYS NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. THE WAY HE TREATS AND TALKS TO PEOPLE WHO PAYS GOOD MONEY IS DISGUSTING!!! and I make sure to tell people don't waste there money here because they will be treated like shii. When I asked for a number of whoever was in charge of him he had a snobby attitude "nobody I'm the manager of this property" my husband told me to look up the owner and the manager again with a snoopy attitude "there's different owners to every Oyo hotels" DON'T BOOK!!! RUN THE CAMERA BACK IT SHOWS WE TOOK THE SHEETS AND TOWELS TO WASH AND BROUGHT THEM BACK WHITE!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO WASH THEM! May 15 2024 we checked out. This was at the ingleside tx location btw. I need a number of who is in charge and is over him ASAP. Please and thank you.

Booked the room Saturday morning. Arrived Saturday night and was advised that there was no hot water. Arrived later Saturday after dark so we didn't want to go looking for somewhere else. Monday morning when we checked out, still no hot water.
Rooms: Adequate room. Beds were kind of firm. Cold showers, No hot water.

Manger is very rude! She will try to keep ur deposit due to any reason she can think of… DONT WASTE UR TIME THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Bed bugs, nasty sheets, room smelled like mold. At night the cars get broke into! Place is not safe we got robbed!!!! DONT BOOK HERE!

Horrible experience the staff was rude and racism played a part didn’t want to give me my deposit back plus it was bed bugs and I was robbed at gun point I don’t recommend this place at all
