Waiting 45 min I bought items that was 10 percent off and charged me full price then made me wait for him to ring up customer and then talking very loud for customers to hear what he owed me because I paid full price this store and the manager needs to be replaced slow and everything is disorganized also he kept on and just not giving the difference it was easy just to help me and fix it but now he is over in his drawer and I am sure this happens more then once he asked me if I wanted to make a deal get another item for the difference not good and I hope headquarters finds out

I wouldn't even give this store a rating. This store is not helpful AT ALL. It is very unorganized and the people who work there are not helpful nor they are understanding. Worst dollar general I've ever been in my life! Its sad.. never going back because of how things were.

I just really want to give a shout out to the whole crew who was working today at the Dollar general on April 2nd 2023. From the store manager to the other two guys that were there and they were willing to help me return an item that I had purchased out of town and I didn't need anymore because I was able to make it home they went above and beyond to help me and trying to figure out a way that I could return the item especially since I had purchased it on self checkout when the people in Ingleside have only had self checkout for a couple of weeks it was a learning curve for everybody and they still all took the time out of their day even though I was holding up everything they were still able to assist other customers while assisting me and trying to figure out how I could do a return on my item so I am thankful from the bottom of my heart because I have had horrible experiences with Dollar general in the past and not at this store in particular just other Dollar generals but this one is great I really recommend it for anybody The people are great and helpful And I am forever thankful.

Thankful that the manager and employees work so hard. Very busy store. Not enough help! Always advertising for employees. Store is well stocked and staff just smile right through and make customers feel welcome! So glad this Dollar General store is located in Ingleside. It is so convenient and affordable.
