Representative Sohail is my friend always helped to transfer data and if i have problem in my phone he is genius man and i got a new tablet for me he setup the tablet is working verg good love this place i will recommend to my friends if they have in phone i will tp this location always humble and honest man i like metro because of him.

Friendly staff but unfortunately they do not listen to their customers to well. After visiting their shop I had to spend more time to call the main customer service to straighten everything out. Also no transparency on what they are charging you and they do not provide you with a recipient. Also don't understand the accessories cause on associate told me it came with the phones rhen another one was trying to charge and upsell me them. Be careful and make sure to check your account when you leave this store for price gouging or wrong plan they will try and out you on.

This the worts experience I have at this store the the Fat lady w red hair is the front so Rude and nasty attitude HER LIFE IS so miserable she treats people bad, THE FAT LADY WITH THE RED HAIR IS A DESPOTA SO MISERABLE IS HER LIFE THAN EVERYONE THE WORLD TREATS BADLY and since it is a Private store it does what it wants.
