We started doing our investing through them, very pleased. Then, I refinanced our auto loan and received lower rates, very pleased. Finally, we added their insurance for auto, RV, and home, saving money on them as well. They are very professional, helpful, and outgoing. I highly recommend them in all areas of your financial needs.

Kathryn Kelly has been our main contact at the Ingleside branch. She is awesome! We cannot say enough about how professional,helpful and amazingly friendly the people at this Branch are. We not only do our banking there but just got our Progressive car insurance there on several vehicles and the savings were jaw-dropping!

Went in this morning the manager Kimberly fixed the problem asap was already on it before I even came in. I was going to close my account but she did such a great job fixing this that Im gonna stay with them.
The bank is great but ATM sucks it’s always down and end up having to drive to Portland if I want to deposit. Tonight atm took my money and didn’t deposit and told me it was out of service. Not to mention like a year and a half back the Portland branch had me stop a dispute and said I could continue it if money didn’t come back. Will business only has certain time to dispute and time lapsed and ended up losing 2k from their recommendation. So don’t trust their ATM or advice you will probably lose money! These pics is what happened after it ate the deposit!

The service is a joke the and atm is always broken in some way. Ever since they closed down the aransas pass location everything about this bank is a colossal inconvenience. Seriously considering a new banking institution

I have been a member with SSFCU since it began in San Antonio and I always been satisfied with the service that I have received. That being said, Noah and Kim are the best representatives of SSFCU. Wow!!! Just moved to the area and we checked out every bank and credit union in Aransas and Ingleside. It’s important to me to have friendly people working with my money. We work hard for it and want it in good hands that don’t give us a hard time. This credit union has THE most friendly customer service in the area…hands down! Their power protected checking is phenomenal as well! Mr. Noah Rodriguez helped us out and was friendly and explained everything precisely. Do yourself a favor and use this branch for your banking needs. The branch has good hours and in a convenient location. BANK HERE YALL!

My husband is happy with the safety and security of his information. He has been with them for 4 years now. I highly recommend this Credit Union to future clients. This branch is awesome! The whole staff is VERY professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am so grateful to have had Noah's help with my first loan. I don't leave reviews often. But this time I feel I must. I've been with this bank for at least 10yrs. Everytime I go, whether it be to withdraw/deposit money too applying for a loan. The workers at this bank are super nice, professional and knowledgeable. One worker named Amanda Binavidez, goes out of her way to help you. As much as she can. Truly, don't find that anymore. All I can say is, bravo SSFCU in Ingleside. Way to make our hometown better. Thank you SSFCU
