For months, I had countless issues with my camper. I called Jimmy’s RV, and within the same day, Zach and Vanessa came out to my RV at a local campground. I thought they were just coming to give me an estimate for the repairs, but instead, they not only put together a quote—they started fixing things on the spot.

They had to order a part for my washer/dryer combo, and throughout the entire process they kept me updated on when it was ordered, when it arrived in the store, and when it was scheduled to be installed. From my initial service call to the completed repair, everything happened within about two weeks. Their communication and efficiency were incredible.

Then, after the flooding at our campground on July 16, Vanessa immediately reached out just to make sure I was safe and okay. Unfortunately, my RV sustained substantial damage, but once again, Jimmy’s RV stepped up. Vanessa quickly became my point of contact for the insurance assessment and was at my rig within four days of the storm to document the damages.
