Our H&R Block agent, Carol Francis, is the main reason we keep coming to Block for our tax help. She has led us through many issues that we have never had before. I was a little reluctant to have anyone else prepare our tax returns before, but when we had some mineral rights issues come up I knew I needed help. We visited Carol, and our taxes were prepared and submitted, and the results were excellent.
