Chris and Robbie are great at what they do, where Rush truck Centers takes 5 weeks to do repairs (incomplete), and Chris and Robbie get done in a week. These guys are very easy going laid back friendly guys. I was told by rush I need a new hood Chris and Robbie patched my hood and it looked as if it was never damaged. The only issue is the supply chain for parts, but when they run into that they do everything they can to get around the supply chain, as they understand a if a trucks wheels don't turn they don't earn. And as for the one bad review... not once have I seen Chris or Robbie be rude or condescending to a lady, let alone overcharge or cheat a lady. They have treated all of their customers the same as I have seen, and that is fair and friendly. Because they are close to home, faster than a dealer, more efficient and knowledgeable than a dealer, I don't think I will trust a dealer over them. Keep up the good work, guys.

Customer service sucks. They tell you it will take one week but in all reality good luck getting it out of there In 2 months. They don't understand that time is money for semi trucks owners. They don't give you any updates you have to call them.
