SBS was great to work with. Both Jeff, Jonathon, and Wayne provided amazing input in the design and construction of our new carport. They quoted several options and provided very competitive pricing. During construction, the crews were professional and provided excellent workmanship. Each day the worksite was left clean and orderly. SBS communicated throughout construction process and completed right on schedule.Being very pleased with the carport addition, we again reached out to SBS for a roofing review of our house. Again, SBS exceeded our expectations. With their extensive knowledge in roofing, they we able to work with our insurance company and quoted upgrading the roof material to match the newly constructed carport. They provided the same quality workmanship and, again, cleaned up the site, finished on time, and followed up to make sure we were pleased. We would highly recommend them for your next project!

I cannot be more pleased. I live in a 100 year old tutor revival house with big slopes in Texas. We have had work done before…. Those guys were sub par. I met Jeff (with SBS) through a friend and I cannot say enough how happy we are. Their work is VERY FINE… but not only that… their crew was conscious of the flowers, lawn. I drove by and every tool/work was on a tarp.I thought that I would have to clean up outside on porches from debris. Nope. They took care of it.In short I would highly recommend these guys. Having a roof replaced can be a very stressful endeavor. In the past, I have two bad experiences in other Texas cities. We felt rushed to pick a vendor due to the damage that needed immediate repair and time sensitivity of the claim.We were very fortunate to know Wayne & Jeff from SBS Construction would specialize on construction projects in the Texas Hill Country. They are pros, know their business and worked closely with subcontractors and helped significantly with our insurance adjuster on the claim. SBS advised us to upgrade our roof to Galvalume (metal) to help lower our electric bills and extended the life and value of our home. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Unfortunately, SBS refuses to complete repairs that were caused by their contractors. I have tried several times to contact them without any response. Electrical was cut during the renovation. Tile was not completed all the way around the shower. The plumbing does not drain correctly. SBS also didn't keep track of how much I paid and tried to get me to pay extra to fix issues that were caused by their neglect. Any help in getting a resolution would be greatly appreciated.Your response to the review shows you refuse to take responsibility for your actions and those of your contractors. Work that has to be done because they do not follow directions or break something does not get paid for. The plumbers combined pipes that were previously separated. That caused the issue. Your framers pinched the cable wire. That caused additional repairs. Your electricians cut power to all of our outside outlets. That caused an issue. You did not check measurements. You asked for additional payments that were not in the contract. I tried to be fair. But I refuse to pay extra for repairs. I did pay extra for all authorized expenses.Service: Bathroom remodeling
