“I had a storage unit with them when it was 5 Star storage. I was always treated well. They are really good at letting you know about policy changes and when the monthly bill would increase and by how much. I would definitely recommend them to others.”

“My husband & I rented units at Lone Star Mini Storage for several years. The building, units, and grounds are always well maintained, climate controlled, and secure. As a bonus, there were rolling carts available to assist with moving items in and out which was greatly appreciated, especially during times when we did not have professional movers available to assist. The customer service with Amanda was always prompt and professional. She was very personable, courteous, and helpful when needed. She always had our billing information accurate and on time. We highly recommend Lone Star Mini Storage in Ingram for all of your storage needs!”
“OMG I haven't been in the office since the pandemic (I miss my candy) but that doesn't matter because even over the phone They are always nice. I don't know the names of the two women that work there but they are always on top of it.I can remember getting locked in the gate after hours because I ran a little over here hours...I called and they were so kind and on give it a few mins and I'll send a code for the gate to open. It wasn't a grow out because it was my fault it was a simple ok I'll help you.”

“The owner is kind, attentive, and helpful. He has sought us out while we are on property, rather than us having to look for him. This is not the flashiest storage facility in the Kerrville area, but it was exactly what we needed, when we needed it, at an excellent price. The property is not paved, so that may be a drawback for some, but it works fine for us.”
“Clean place. Good luck getting someone to answer a phone call or email...both units I rented it took them nearly a week to take the lock off. Wasn't offered a refund for the 5 days I couldn't use my unit. Just be aware how may not get it opened for a while and not get anyone to answer for days...otherwise nice units.”

If I needed to I would totally store stuff here again. “We, quite fortunately, walked into the office at Clima Storage just as a 10x15 unit became available… SCORE!!
Every interaction with the office was pleasant and effective; and the lot was clean, the hallways clean and a moving cart and hand truck were in the area for use.
No critters, no bugs… thank you!
My only nail biting moment is watching that big Ol’ gate bounce when we were exiting.
