Ok… NO. I have been going here frequently. The other day, my daughter asked anassociate at the front if she could use the bathroom. She was denied, told that the bathrooms were shut down. HOW are turn open without a bathroom or running water??
Honestly, that turned us off… considering that by state law, they have to. I won’t be back there.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the disrespect I got from Austin and the members are ridiculous. I got there right at closing time and they saw me and locked the doors. I called them and they answered and I told them that I needed to get some Jell-O or Pudding for someone who is sick at home and they said no. I really do hope you and your family are never in that situation because it sucks. Sorry for not getting there on time.
