“I don't usually write reviews because I feel that customer service is the secret to a successful business. That being said I also feel that customer service has fallin' way beyond the waist side. I was needing an arrangement for a loved ones funeral service, I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end. After sharing with her what I was needing, she gladly excepted the challenge without a moments hesitation. I was very confident in her and had no worries that she would take care of everything. “As sweet as any Florists I've ever met! I got 1+1/2 doz. long-stem reds & I've never been happier with a bouquet! I don't dare tell you what Patricia charged me, she'd go bankrupt trying to keep that up. She's been closed for medical leave so the selection was light, there were boxes of flowers which had just come in so I'm sure that's improved. Best value for the biggest bouquet I've ever given anyone. Someone shall be floored! ( :”
