“I went in last week for a few supplies. The younger gentleman with long brown hair was very rude and would not even answer my questions while I was checking out. I was just checking to see if he had applied my rewards. Without a single word he walked away and a VERY nice manager came and helped me and explained that rewards and pal rewards are not calculated or taken off to the end and she finished checking me out and we had a nice conversation! Huge thank you to her and so sorry to whoever made the other guy grumpy.”
