Oscar was really professional and he was really useful, we needed to take our SUV to a mechanic, he make sure to called the owner and explained them what symptoms the SUV had, he went way beyong by taking my whole family to the nearest hotel as well. Oscar is the man!!! Thank you and God bless you!

Had a flat on my trailer on a Sunday and they had the correct tire i needed got here in 15 mins and got me out of there in a timely manner make sure to give them a call for any roadside services!

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found a nice towing company! Wish I could give more stars. Oscar was absolutely helpful, reliable and nice. My vehicle was experiencing an engine failure and Oscar was able to tow my vehicle from Iraan, Texas to Midland, Texas to the nearest Chevrolet dealership which was 74 miles away! His prices are reasonable and I would recommend his service.

Oscar, the owner, went above and beyond for us. We broke down on the way to our daughters wedding, and he not only found us after roadside gave him the wrong address, but graciously gave us a ride to Midland, where we were able to secure transportation and make it to the wedding on time. Truly above and beyond experience.

Our U-Haul car hauler had a blow out and Oscar contacted me shortly after receiving the call to come replace our tire. He was thorough and made sure he brought everything that the hauler might need to save us time. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and had us back on the road in less than 30 after arriving. Mind you he replaced two tires. Highly recommend American towing & road services and commend Oscar for his tremendous work ethic, professionalism, promptness, customer service and attention to detail.Service: Tire change

If I could give this guys 100 stars I would. Nobody else wanted to come out and I waited 4 hrs til I found oscar. They came and replace the tire for my truck at 116 degree weather in july. I don't know how they did it but they did.

Highly Recommend this service in emergencies. Was stranded on I10 on a Sunday evening with multiple flats and damaged wheels. Oscar was able to tow the car back to Austin immediately.

During an ice storm my husband and I found ourselves exactly where we didn’t want to be, between towns on the side of the highway with a broken trailer leaf spring. We called over 20 phone numbers for help. Because of the storm no tow trucks we’re willing to come get us, and no shops were open.Oscar and help came out to us (with hot chocolate!), welded the springs back on in the dark in 30 degree weather. He made time for us because he knew he was the only person that would, even though it meant driving 4 hours in from El Paso in the morning and immediately jumping back in a car after to head to Chicago with his family for a funeral.He made time he didn’t have. Without him we would still be in a dangerous situation without any ability to get out of it. He really is the kind of person you only meet a few times in your life. We wish all the best for him and his family. They deserve it all. Hopefully next time we drive through we will get to meet again under better conditions!
