“This is the way Service is supposed to be. Went in for an alignment on my pick up truck and was called back a few hours later. Got the alignment finished and had noticed that there was multiple suspension bolts that were loose on my lift kit. He tightened Them without me even asking him to I’m sure because of safety issues. Notified me that my brake rotor was about to fail in the rear. And that was probably a good cause of why my truck was shaking. Made a follow up appointment and got a rear brake job. A+ service. And the lady in the office was wonderful and sweet. She was able to keep me notified of everything that was going on and even stayed late and make sure that I got my pick up truck.”
