The vibe at this gym is way off! The staff is unhelpful. Me and my brother got a 3 day pass to check out the gym, waited 15 minutes for someone to attend us and then staff at the front named Purv, didn't let me work out because I had an out of state drivers license!! Complete waste of time

The GM Torrence went out of his way to help me fix my membership. He was always helpful and never felt bothered. This is the kind of service every establishment needs. Everytime I come in for a workout I get greeted by someone and if he is there he gives me fist bump everytime. Feels good to go in to my workouts happy and positive! Y’all keep up the good work! (1 negative remark that the water fountain to fill up bottles hasn’t been working for a month, hopefully that gets fixed).

I’d give 0 if I could. The management is rude and they don’t care about the customers. This location is unclean and dirty. When joining 24H I signed up for the platinum membership but was not made aware of the annual fee. I was told that there would be a joining fee. I wanted to discontinue the gym as I was moving and 2 days before I reached out to them I was already billed my monthly $41 and also the annual fee. When I went and asked if I could get a refund at least for the annual fee as I wouldn’t be continuing, they blatantly said it’s the contract and I should’ve read the entire agreement before signing it a year ago. When I raised my concern that when I signed up in the Richardson location I wasn’t made aware of the fact that there’s an annual fee, the manage just shut me off. There’s different prices for everyone and I just wasted $500 in the last one year for a gym that doesn’t even keep their standards right.

Gym is very dirty and not maintained well. The sauna is absolutely disgusting, I've never seen it cleaned. It smells horrible and is going to get someone sick. People take pics/videos in the locker room frequently. Not open 24 hours. Believe the poor reviews.

Was a member of 24 hr for over three years. It's not even open 24 hrs and since the Manager Ryan left the new management has failed. The facility is always dirty, especially the suana, and the rarely restock the paper towels so you can wipe down equipment. Staff is lazy, manager has an attitude, and gets annoyed when you ask them anything. Cancelled my membership yesterday and got a membership with the gym across the street. If you're considering this location, DON'T!! Absolute recomp across the street is clean, the newest equipment, and open 24/7. I will never go back to 24hr.

This gym really does kinda suck. I’ve been a member for about 30-40 days. Every other treadmill is broken or doesn’t work correctly. The gym is PACKED past 5pm, good luck trying to get a “good workout” in. There is like 1 TV that works, nothing is cleaned. I’m not sure if it’s due to understaffing. But I’ll probably cancel because I don’t really love giving my money to this gym. Genuine review, I wanted and tried very hard to like this experience.

Joined this club as I wanted/needed a sauna. This club is in bad shape. Needs a facelift very badly. The showers are terrible, everything looks old and dirty. Yet, it's busy and parking lot fairly full. Where are all the dues going? I will be switching to Lifetime fitness in a few months as soon as they open.

24 hour fitness is always a nice and enjoyable place to go, the machines are always up and running, the Staff are nice, it's very well kept up and clean and lots of options and a large variety of equipment.

All the staff is nice. But this bald African American man. Terrible service. I think he’s also the manger. Get him out of here. Buddy is also a creep. He was staring at my underage sister. I wonder how often he does this, with others. Absolutely disgusting!! He is never working always talking to someone, or working out himself. As a business owner myself, there’s SOPs (standard operating procedure) and systems we use to keep management in check. Clearly they don’t have any

My first time there. Overall. Impressive facility (arguably the best besides Lifetime) but needs better maintenance. Hire a maintenance guy and keep up with repairs.Pros - facility as a whole seemed at the level or nicer than LA Fitness. Full court basketball is very nice (LA Fitness has a smaller court). The indoor astro-turf football area and having both a steam room and sauna are a plus. It wasn't crowded or busy...seemed like good clientele. It's nice that they have a little store and some products for sale.Cons --Dry Sauna was broken, not hot at all. Please repair!-At least one shower in the men's locker room either has a malfunctioning shower head or no shower curtain or rod all.- The lap pool water was very cold-Basketball court floor looked like it needed a re-wax or regular maintenance of some kind....-Basketballs for the court need replacement. One looked so old it was like a ball of yarn unraveling. The only semi-decent one was not full size (I think a women's basketball). Get some good quality Wilson Revolution balls.-No blow dryer for hair in the men's locker room (a staple at LA fitness). These only cost $10...-Protein drinks were prohibitively expensive and rang up differently than the guy said. He quoted me $3 or $3.50 on multiple drinks and then they all rang up at like $6 or $7. At that price I could go by Smoothie King or Jamba Juice. Please at least price your products so as not to waste people's time. Conclusion -This place has so much potential...like a rich guy who doesn't maintain his property. Please just keep maintain things a bit better. You have an awesome facility! And like everyone else is saying go back to 24 hours or at least 10 or 11pm for those of us who like to work out later in the day

Been going to this gym for as long as I can remember. But ever since new management this gym has turned into a filth! The sauna is absolutely disgusting. I’ve reported my complaints to the manager more times than I can count and he simply does not care enough to do anything. It’s a shame because this gym used to be flawless but due to lazy new management it’s getting run down to the ground. Don’t be surprised when you start seeing a loss in memberships.

Anyone who wants a couple of Old treadmill seems like they are not going to be able to stop you from getting them behind the 24 hrs fitness center in North Irving don't hurt you self exercising in the heat outside, LoL

This gym has a huge variety of equipment, that said, it is dirty, dust bunnies around many of the machine, the men’s bathroom smell horrible, and the manager who opens the facility on Saturdays is often late, or like to this morning, does not show-up at all. This is disrespectful and inconsiderate of members.

Was excited to see a location near my place when I moved to the area a few months ago. It's nowhere as nice as my past location in Redlands, CAOverall, gym is pretty good. Staff is nice. Bball court is decent. Glad they have a sauna. However, the steam room needs some serious help. It always smells and just seems dirty, with black mold-like stains on the tiles. It also hardly works.
