Store owner called the police on me for trying to purchase a Coke. I poured a Coke out of the fountain machine which was out of syrup, she demanded I pay a dollar for the cup. I tried to explain the fountain was out of syrup but she called the police on me. After 3 weeks of calling customer service the only call I got back was to say "don't ever come in that store again". I have made multiple phone calls to resolve my complaint but nobody at corporate can get off their butts to return a phone call. So disappointed that I've been a customer for over 40 years and this is the treatment I get.

As the spouse of a maintenance employee, I am extremely disappointed in the payroll/HR. My husband works so hard for this company. He was supposed to be paid Friday. We just survived Hurricane Beryl (yes, we live on the Texas Gulf coast, literally on the sand) and we lost all of our food due to the power outages. Then, his paycheck never arrived Friday. We have gone Fri, Sat and Sun with no food. No needed RXs, and our check for our car bounced yesterday as it comes out of our account automatically. When he calls, he is told to submit an email and they will work on it when they can. No one there cares. He did the work, yet we suffer more and indefinitely since they are unable to provide any info that is helpful, any ETA, nothing. So while HR employees are probably eating dinner right now, know that a family of 5 is eating nothing. We ate nothing yesterday, as well as Friday too. We have no food, no gas, nothing. I find this unacceptable. I encouraged my spouse to contact the Texas Workforce Commission, and let them handle this since 7-Eleven has shown they do not care. He spent all day Friday calling and emailing payroll, and no one cared enough to correct this payroll issue. They blame our bank, Texas First Bank, and TFB says they never received any EFT for my husband. Odd that all other TFB customers received their paychecks. I would not recommend shopping or working for this company. Maybe I will get down to a size 6 after all with starvation.

I live in LA and the employees are very rude and I can’t use my rewards they erase it and this is not right I ask the clerk I wanted to use my points he ignored me

I suggest to every one who go into 7-11 for a phone charger or a product in the box, open it to make sure the item is in the box. I bought a charger suppose to be in the box, was not. When I took it back to the store the manager and worker told me it was IMPOSSIBLE the box was empty. The box was empty. Now, if the day manager and worker had not told me this maybe I would be ok. Then I spoke with someone else who said that it could have been at the manufacturing plant Some worker let an empty box through. Not IMPOSSIBLE!

None of them are clean the coffee is always watered down/ old then when you want to use pay at the pump you always have to go inside to see cashier for absolutely no reason besides they are trying to get you to come inside so they can sell more stuff inside the store. 711 all your stores have gone way down and y'all need to make some changes for convenience.

I went to the store at 4225 Park Springs Arlington TX. I have never seen a store that the owner or manager could careless if they even had coffee the machine that grinds your coffee was pretty much out of order only had a few lattes. Why is it so hard to keep a 7-11 going these days..? QT has their stores together don't waste your time or money on a 7-11, going franchise destroyed your stores.. J/s

They don't fix even the simplest problem. The rewards program is seriously flawed and will scam you. Somebody should do a class action lawsuit. (New problem with 2 slices of pizza and pepsi deal for $3 going on now. Does not work at my local stores. SCAM)
