I placed a pickup order, and when I went to collect it, the night employee with glasses wantedly marked it as already picked up and said my wish that is totally stealing. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Ever since new ownership, lots of problems. Several of the new people are super rude(some of them are awesome).
Tonight they didn't have bags, couldn't take cards and didn't have coins for change.
I also got to listen to one of the clerks have a screaming match with a customer that she could have easily de-escalated, but instead continued to yell argue across the store the whole time I was shopping and waiting in line. Was uncomfortable for everyone else in the store and insanely unprofessional.
Probably will just go to QuikTrip from now on.

Never had a bad experience at this 7-11. Thank you to the lovely ladies at this location and Yolita helping me with my transaction when other 7/11 wasnt able to help. So they get 5 stars for always being friendly!!

This is absolutely the worst 7-Eleven experience. The night cashier shown in the picture of the other reviews is absolutely awful. Has no customer service experience whatsoever and always claims the restrooms are out of service. I really wish they had better accountability and training for this gentleman as the morning shift offers much better service.

Not surprised at the overall low rating. I wanted to get the two slices and a Big Gulp for 3 bucks and the guy refused to make the pizza. He said they closed at 10 and it was 9:25. That said, they're open 24 hrs. He said no, the food closes at 10 so I reminded him it wasn't even 9:30 yet but he wouldn't do it. So I just went for the drink. Every single lid in the store was for a Super Big Gulp. It wasn't that the lid holder was missing regular lids, it's that they filled up every slot with only the Super Big Gulp lids in order to get customers to pay the higher price. The thing is, this 7-11 is off a MAJOR intersection that constantly does tons of business. Basically, I met a combination of greed and laziness tonight.
I doubt anyone will read this but if you do, before you decide to come to this location, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's also really dirty ??

This cashier who works at night is a very disrespectful person, he has a very bad way of serving people or me and my wife had a very bad time with that night worker at that store, there was a lot of disrespect, a lot of insults from him towards us and my pregnant wife But tomorrow I will try to talk to his manager or his boss why I think this can't keep happening
