I got a new washer from them and after a couple of months the clothes started getting stuck in it I call them like 2 weeks ago they say the service manager will call me back nothing happened so I showed up a few days ago and they said the service manager will contact me still nothing

I would like to take this opportunity and time to say, I love the hospitality and great customer service I received while making my purchase.Angel the Stores manager is always so polite.I also had a chance to view the store, all I can say is that the displays and neatness was on point. I have no concerns nor issues about this location. Everyone including the team there are also very polite. I recommend this store specifically to visit for your visions needs.I love this Aaron's located @2312 West Shady Rd.Irving TX .

If you are walking into an Aaron’s, then you may already have a certain predisposed negative perception regarding what you are about to experience. In 2022, if you are walking into Aaron’s, you prepare yourself for bad attitudes, people who do not want to help you and janky used furniture at more than new prices. That was how I prepared myself, and then I walked in…There is a warm, beautiful aura in this place. I am greeted by all three employees on the floor. Instead of being rushed at the door, they give me time to look around their floor. Everything is so well organized and the showroom looks beautiful.I was looking for a small sectional sofa, because the sofa that I have is too large for my new living room. As I check out each of the sofas by doing the “nap test,” I find a couple of great candidates and then I am approached by the Aaron’s associate. “Have you found what you are looking for? What can I help you take home today?” Don’t you just love a confident pick-up line???She patiently walks with me as we both start doing the nap test and the Sunday football tests on these sofas. 1) How comfy is this sofa to lay across and take a nap. 2) When I’m on the edge of my seat watching the game, is it still comfy and supportive. We look like our mom should tell us to find somewhere and sit down until she finishes what she has to do.It’s narrowed down to 2 sets, so now comes the time to do the application and find out how much I can buy. Surprisingly, a decent amount is approved, but not enough for my first choice. The second one is written up and we finish our business. If my experience ended there, that’s enough for a 4-star review, but let me tell you where the 5th star begins.After this relationship has begun, Aaron’s staff here have been magnificent. I call and everyone who picks up the phone has treated me like I am the most important piece of business at that moment. I was hospitalized and missed a payment. They reached out to me and helped me get that payment back on track.The manager even convinced me to give their Autopay a try to prevent those issues from happening. I’m sure everyone has had an auto payment nightmare and can feel me when I say I DON’T DO AUTOPAY ANYMORE!!! I begrudgingly gave it a try and it has been GREAT! The payment is charged to my card exactly when we agreed, every 2nd of the month!They have EARNED my trust and my return business through their values that are in practice every day at that store. Give them a chance and they will do the same for you!

The staff inside the store is GREAT ?? A1 service ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 star service), but online and delivery; so-so!!!Be careful if you order this bed online, it doesn’t include a box spring (see picture) and the mattress is uncomfortable ? However, calling the store in hopes of finding a solution was a pleasant experience. I will need to add a box spring as well as upgrade my mattress which will add to the cost which is fine, for now ?♀️Delivery ? and setup took longer than I anticipated; however, overall experience was fine.

Was told that the store had my product new in stock that I should get it delivered express 2-3 days when I called the store was told they don’t have anything new inside that store if it’s new it’s coming from warehouse back storage. Asked if they can check the status and see what my order says in there end. Guy said no would be pointless because again They don’t carry nothing new in that store. Was told I should expect a 7 plus business days delivery for my product. That’s crazy because by the time I get it, my first payment will be up. Called customer service they said my product is in store they can see that if they look up my number. Which the second time I told him and the second time they refused. Didn’t ask for my name or number any of the times. Can’t wait to pay it all up front and not deal with them anymore.

Was on hold on the phone for 25 minutes then they told me short handed. Why didnt they say that at first instead of making me wait. Then telling me they would call me back..later. I think they forgot I was on hold.
