The phone operator was rude ..and when I asked for manager she put me hold for 17 mins and next day I called again and ask for corporate number..and she said call who ever you want to ..extremely unprofessional service

Ms.Shae you are awesome and went above and beyond to us get reinstated. You show that you really care about your customers at your store and it shows. I really hope you go far with this company because you made a bad situation turn around for the good of the customer which is me THANK YOU SO MUCH and I’m definitely doing business with you and you only!!!!

I wish there were an option to give no stars at all, but unfortunately it is not possible. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I only had one final payment to make, which I made payment arrangements to pay on a Friday. Some things did come up and I fell behind on schedule. I said to myself I’ll just make the payment the next day. For you all to come to my home knocking at my door like I had ran away or something doesn’t sit well with me. Why would I make payments up to 24 months and not make the final payment??? I’ve been buying furniture from you guys ever since I moved to Texas but never again. I consider myself a valuable customer and to receive that type of service is totally unacceptable. I would never do business with you guys again NEVER!!!

Went to this location a couple of months ago the experience was unwelcoming. Recently received a call from salesman Victor checking to see if I needed anything. I needed a washer & dryer. This time the process was quick and professional. Victor was courteous and his follow up was great. I will return.Thanks Spolloc

I am not the one to post reviews but I called Aaron’s in Lancaster and Grand Prairie and they both gave me the worst customer service ever. I am not sure how Melanie at the Irving location got my information but she called me and was simply put the best. I expressed to her over and over this was the best service I had received from Aaron’s. Thank you Melanie

First of all I don’t know who give these people to email me ! I didn’t not allowed them to email me at all !! For them to email just cause my mom has an account is against the law! So I need someone to stop emailing me now !! I never gave them the consents or right to even email me ! So pretty much I’m being harrased everytime I’m asked how was there services. Like I don’t care I’m give it 1 regardless for being a complete idiots!

The worst experience here. Do not go, save your money and time. They never get it right.1. Went by and ordered a couch and a karaoke machine2. The wrong couch was delivered as in not the one I chose because it was in back- order. No one ever told me. No one ever provided me with a courtesy call to say .. your couch is on back order. The delivery times are 11-4 or 4 to close. Well it was 4pm. No couch. No call I chose a different couch because I had a dinner event and needed a place for someone to sit on2. Went back to the store, re-ordered another couch. Same woman up front said it will be delivered Friday I waited Friday and no delivery. I said , would you mind Tuesday instead, she said yes. Today , Tuesday at 4 no couch3. Called the store and spoke to the store manager. Gave him the story, his excuse was, I’m short handed. I responded “ that’s not my problem “. He said that I was on the books for Wednesday, I said no, even the lady who picked up the phone said I have you down on the books for Tuesday Then after some words said the following..A) just because your the customer doesn’t mean your always rightB) you lied about your storyC) you are not going to get it your way here4. So in closing. Do not waste your time or money. This company and the people who work here are very unprofessional and will NEVER get it right!

I am all about reviews. I write one if I am not pleased with service and I write one when I am completely satisfied. ...and because I check reviews and recommendations loyally.. I feel that this is greatly needed. First off, I am OVERLY appreciative of the new staff at Aaron's on Beltline in Irving. The customer service NOW is stellar. I can appreciate being treated like I matter, especially when I am already paying double my money for a product because I cannot afford to pay for it out right... I feel like quality customer service is a definite reciprocity for business. The new Manager is very thorough, and patient... and takes his time to explain, instead of talking sales lingo and terminology and speeding things at me in a way that is completely confusing. ALSO... he is very kind and relaxed..unlike the previous manager who was the complete opposite of what should be required of management. Today, I called in because I thought my card had been drafted a week early, which would have been my rent check (which has happened before with previous management), so I was more than a bit upset. However, the representative that answered was extremely courteous, understanding, and very reassuring, and went a few extra steps further to ensure that my card would not be drafted before the discussed scheduled payment. He was very humbly appreciated, his kindness was unexpected and completely threw me off. Thanking the higher management for taking heed to all of the previous complaints and reviews. Team work makes the dream work. This is an awesome look. I truly thank you all for service!!!!!!
