They’re fine if you’re not looking for actual services to help, like therapies. If you’re just needing an agent to handle your payments it’s fine. But I was with them for years and kept asking for various therapy services for my son and they would act like they were going to get on it but nothing ever happened. Asked multiple people, multiple times for several years and got nothing.

This company is not it. The staff is not knowledgeable of their clients and do not care about the people that they deal with at all. My son has been a client with them for 2 and a half years and they have given us nothing but false hope. They do not do things in a timely manner at all. I was told when I requested an attendant care staff member that they are interviewing potential candidates and for 2 years nothing. When I decided to do host home these people lost all of my paperwork and made me re do everything single thing. This process started in February and the documents didn’t get finalized until late July. I was suppose to be paid for 2 months and then they decide to send my paperwork to the state to be reviewed and left my son and I without the means that we were hoping for. A huge turnover with them. A new comer was assigned to our case and I was disrespected and ignored and lied to on numerous occasions. Still no payments being received and I decided to transfer. Do your research before choosing this organization. They do. It care.

I will not engage in sharing false information on this platform. Although this workplace is not necessarily a negative environment, the Human Resources department which is Teresa seems to prioritize the needs of the director which is Claire Johnson as they are friends. . I have made multiple reports about Claire, to Teresa which is HR but she consistently supports her instead. As a result, I am taking the necessary steps to escalate this situation. I have witnessed her firing an employee and sharing a laugh about it with Claire because they are buddies. They both diminish the authority of their managers, leading me to believe that Human Resources does not genuinely support the staff and managers. The higher-ups are aware of how Claire mistreats her staff, which is evident in the high turnover of managers she has caused. The Human Resources department should be investigated. I must say that the nurses Mrs. Lorie and Sharee and others nurses in this company are an absolute blessing, as they display exceptional care to the members. Brian Petty, the COO, behaves as if he is intimidated by Claire, whom he supervises. He allows her to dismiss managers without regard for any criticism against her. Consequently, reaching out to him would be futile as he, similar to Human Resources (Teresa) will not take any action. As long as this company has employees in the building they disregard the well-being of the managers and residents. Numerous individuals have informed me that Claire engages in unethical behaviors towards managers. However, I will never tolerate any disrespectful treatment from Claire Johnson

I have had quite a few Case Workers for my son who has many special needs but I wanted to say how important and helpful our most recent Case Worker, Renee Hill...has been to us. She calls just to simply check on my son and also on me.. as his main caretaker. She ALWAYS replies to my calls immediately and most important ...she has become a friend who truly cares about our welfare. It means the world to me. Caring people like Renee are not always easy to find and we feel completely blessed AND lucky to have her on our "team"!

Horrible place to work. The CEO is a slave master, and the director of the program (Debra) needs to be fired. She is too old to be in that position.
