Absolutely worst experience in trying to receive an oral chemotherapy Rx. I have called multiple times, and each time I call, I get a run around about what is needed to fill the Rx. When I thought everything was finalized, I was told that the medication would arrive on Monday, but when it did not arrive, I called and was told that there was a hold because of insurance and payment. I had to call them to find out this information. Insurance was rectified and a credit card was placed on file for payment. I have since called back and am still getting the run around. This is beyond riduclous.

I have been trying to get my medication for the past 11 days and counting. Still not filled after 6 calls, multiple supervisors. Everyone wants to help. But nobody is actually fixing the problem.

✨Since I previously gave Accredo a 1 star review and they have turned things around it is only fair to come back and give them another review. Accredo calls me when refill is due, if I answer the phone I don't need to talk to anyone and I can confirm that I want the delivery and my medicine is delivered within 3 days. If I don't answer the automated message I can reply via text or give them a call and get the same results. The turnaround from when I started having to use their service has been spectacular. Kuddos to them ??. I now have one less stresser in my life ?

Only company I know that will call you and when you answer have a recording put you on HOLD when you answer. Not only that but sometimes when this happens I just get hung up on. Their prescriptions are expensive and nothing will happen fast.

This is the worse place to have your prescriptions. Not even the so called "leaders" help you. I had to do the conference calls for them to speak to my sondoctors. I finally had a lady to help me sent the meds now i cant get second shipment. After being tossed around noone helping me i am still not getting help

An ABSOLUTE GARBAGE company!! I have ended up in the hospital (each time for a week) MULTIPLE times because they took too long to get me my medication, even after I spend hours making calls to get everything they need to approve my medication! I HATE this company!!! If you have to use them, good luck to you.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever. It’s been two months since they have had my prescription and every time I call, I spend two hours on the phone for them to tell me it’s out of stock, they’re missing a paper, or they don’t have all the paperwork. A complete mess. I’ve given up and will be going without my medication, I guess. Unfortunately this is my only option through employee insurance. Do better.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Nothing is EVER done in a timely manner. I have yet to deal with a competent rep. I've been trying to get my medication refilled for over a month, no one can figure out what was going on. Finally speak to a supervisor last week, who claims she figured everything out and my medication will be delivered in 2 days. I get a notification today that the medication has been stopped and no one at Accredo can tell me why. I am beyond pissed and no one at Accredo seems to care at all. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN.

Yes I’ve been taking Copaxon for 13 years now it has really been good. After having to go Acredo, not my choice has been hell. Last year I had to give them 3000 dollars for October through December, not once told my copay assistance ran out? Like I say 13 years and this? Now this rear it’s July order call I’m told this year it ran out in May so now I’m owing everything from May on to rest of year. I’m upset and not sure why and how I’ve lost it all when I had it already before I ever had to start using Acredo. Thanks!! You say you’re there for the patience, that’s a lie. I guess I have to take out a loan for my Copaxon now? Because I sure as heck can’t afford it and with that probably couldn’t get a loan. So what now? I know I’m not the only one with this going on.I have all my MS family in my prayers right now.

Y'all should be embarrassed of how y'all handle business. Reps knew little of what was going on with my prescription refill and it is apparent there is no communication within the organization. My doctor sent out a fax for my refill back on the 10th of February, and somehow y'all want to say that y'all didn't receive it. However, y'all can't even communicate within your own departments. No wonder y'all have a 1.2 rating on Google - just plain carelessness. Y'all need to get out of business dealing with medication if y'all aren't serious about this. Y'all are messing with people's health. For everyone reading this - choose a different pharmacy if at all possible.

Because of the intentional rigamarole added to the process, our expensive and vital meds arrive late and insurance providers save LOTS of money. It is reprehensible and indicative of a corrupt health care system. I propose we stand up and Eat The Rich before they eat us.

Should not be working with patients. Been with them for 2 months and been on the phone an average of 15 hrs. each month trying to get my medication that I have been on for over 7 months. They are so full of false promises. very sad.

Horrible. I’ve been working with Accredo trying to get a prescription filled and it’s been a nightmare. I have called everyday, spent hours and still get incorrect info. One of the members of an escalation team Shamara promised to get this taken care of, however when her peers send her a message she never responds, and of course never did what she said she was going to. If you have other options choose them not Accredo!

Worst Pharmacy i’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Just like MANY other reviews i have spent hours over the phone with no resolve. They have old information on file for me and have failed to update it many MANY MANY times on end. I absolutely HAD to get a manager on the phone to get any kind of solution. DO NOT use this company for time sensitive medications PERIOD.

Ordered a refill on my medication on Dec 27th. They waited 'til after the 1st to fill it. My insurance changed in the meantime so now they "can't" send it. I asked why they waited a week to ship it and the answer was basically "oh these things take time".Anyway, now I have to go without my MS drugs for a week+ while I sort out all the garbage with my insurance company. Thanks Accredo!Of course, they don't care because I'm a captive audience. BCBSTX says I have to use them, so I have to, because my medication is $10,000+ per month otherwise.
