  They are the worst I was on hold for a hour and a half, only to find out that I have to pay to close my account. I ask the sell man when he came to my house is there a closing fee he told me no I can cancel any time. My income has changed and now I'm screwed. Don't get service

  Horrible company, I was with the for years and when I called to see if I could upgrade they tell me I have to extend my contract by 4 years. Never deal with ADT
