I passed this storage and decided to give it a try. The agent Alex was 10 out of 10. The facility is overpriced and complex to get to. However, the agent will make it worth the difficulties.

We have been customers of Advantage Storage in Las Colinas since 2014, and over the years our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the facility impressed us with its cleanliness, security, and ease of access. Every visit to our unit was convenient and worry-free, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing our belongings were in good hands.

Most recently, when it came time to move and close out our unit, Alex went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. That kind of personal attention is rare these days, and it really made a difference for us.

I had a great experience thanks to Alex! She was so friendly, patient, and really thorough in explaining everything. She took the time to walk me through the options and made sure I understood how everything worked, which helped me feel confident and at ease.
The facility is very clean, secure, and well taken care of. You can tell they really care about keeping it nice for their customers.
Alex made the whole process simple and stress free. If you’ are looking for storage in Irving, I highly recommend Advantage Storage and definitely ask for Alex. She was wonderful!

I had the pleasure of working with Alex getting a unit ready for me to use asap. Went through a fiasco moving into my new place, and she was able to help me right then. The unit was clean, and did not have a smell to it. Alex was quick and efficient with our needs! If needing a storage unit again, I’d definitely come back! Thank you Alex!!

Today I came in feeling scared and nervous because I had a mix up with my unit because I lost my key and left my lock off my unit. When I tell you Alexsandrah TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! First off my lock unit lock was jammed she helped me open my unit. She took care of everything! And got me squared away! I left feeling OVERJOYED! AND HAPPPYYY! Because I made a mistake and she understood and was so kind and understanding!!!! SHE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE!!! I TOLD HER I TRUST THIS STORAGE UNIT! IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT!!! It was on a sweltering June afternoon that I accompanied my associate to Advantage Storage, a facility nestled discreetly in the suburban expanse of Irving, Texas. Our task was a straightforward one—assist in the relocation of various belongings into a rented unit. Yet from the moment we arrived, something peculiar caught my attention.
The facility was immaculate—almost unnervingly so. The concrete floors of the corridors bore no scuffs or stains, no remnants of the countless tenants who must surely have passed through. The climate-controlled air inside the building was crisp and neutral, entirely devoid of the musty, oppressive scent so often associated with such establishments. Not a single cobweb in the upper corners, not a smudge upon the metallic doors of the storage units. It was, for lack of a better term, pristine—anomalously so.
I noted, too, the symmetry in the numbering of the units, the consistency of the paint, the faint aroma of industrial disinfectant that clung to the walls. This was no hastily managed depot for forgotten goods—this was a facility maintained with precision, perhaps even pride.
