Lazy staff. Just know your glasses could be ready and sitting in a drawer IN their office for weeks and they won't call you to let you know they're ready. They must be so lucky to have a job that pays them to know and do literally nothing.

I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30am. They didn't even open until 9am. I was not seen until 10:00am. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have any sort of time limitations even if you schedule an appointment.

Very unprofessional I called to verify if they took my insurance and the day of my appointment they said they didn’t!!!! Waste of time and gas!!

I came at a good time & from the beginning to end, I was treated with respect & friendliness. The eye doctor was thorough & expressed concern & consideration. Trey, the glasses tech was very helpful & friendly serving my glasses needs. I can't see going anywhere else for eye health service.

I walked in with no appointment on a busy Saturday and Samira was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and I have to mention she was easy on my eyes too. My experience here was very pleasant. The entire team handled everyone with professionalism. They have a large and amazing selection of frames. I would give it a 9 out of 10, I would go there again.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here . They don’t even try to reach out when you’re glasses get there . And they’re just very unprofessional I had to wait almost 2 months for my glasses this is ridiculous and the lady doing my exam was rude and wasn’t explaining anything . The doctor he was probably the only nice one there .

Be aware this place is the worst place I ever been ... People working there don't know anything and are not professional ... went there and got my eye exam done .. after that, I picked out a glasses took forever because they don't have many name brand classes to choose from ....finally I found one and I was told it would take like two weeks... then they text me my glasses is ready for pick up.... once I got there, the glasses was not there and only the lenses. Obviously, I can wear the lenses without the frame ..Was told that the lost the frame in the lap somewhere and will request that same frame from another store ... The next day I called them and I was told this frame is discontinued .... then I asked for my refund back and The short me $30 ....this is a place people don't know anything about nothing ....please don't waste your money there .... read their reviews first I am not the first one ☝️ with issues like that ... 😡😡😡😡😡
