Horrible experience as a whole. Scheduled to move on Saturday received a call that they had a flat not sure why it could be changed but the guy said we could do it do it Sunday early, no show and didn't answer the phone. Called the of was told to be patient, seriously? Gets better or worse actually. Had to reschedule for Monday, luckily had the time to take off. The guys loading the truck very good, made sure all was wrapped up and secure, very friendly (they were contracted). Well 30 miles out truck broke down. Couldn't get it fixed, why they didn't rent a comparable haul and save face is mind-boggling and by the I mean management but nope so the frozen stuff in the cooler....well. Called Rod, the boss, and said we deserve a discount, after lots of excuses and lip service said $200 off. At the end of the day made up a lie that we went 2 1/2 hours overland charged about another $250.. nice guy, no conscience. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the exception of the initial guys loading Pedro, Juan and Mike. Don't use this moving company.

I needed to move in the afternoon and Amy was able to arrange that! Jude and his assistant arrived right on schedule and moved my things quickly but carefully! Thanks all of you!

Only thing I would change is them
Assembling my furniture. Other than that they moved fast and were very attentive to what I had to say.

This is the second time we used them. Movers showed up on time promptly at 9 am. They got everything loaded from our 5 bedroom house within 2&1/2 hrs. We even finished 1&1/2 early. Respected both properties and would recommend always!

I couldn’t be happier with the moving service I received! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They showed up right on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and worry-free.
The movers worked quickly without cutting corners, and they were very respectful of my apartment, making sure not to bump walls or scratch floors. They even went the extra mile by helping me set up some of the furniture in the new place.
Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking movers. They truly made my move easy and stress-free!

I am disabled and unable to any moving on my own.This company worked with issue I had. I have moved several times in my life and no other moving company has ever made me feel like family. Amy, answered my call every time I called even after hours. I will forever be grateful. If you are looking for a stress free move, I highly recommend this company.

Amy at Apartment Movers was great. She was easy to talk to and explained how everything would work. She gave me a reasonable quote and a quick moving date. The crew that arrived was awesome; pleasant, quick, and efficient. Everything arrived well taken care of and in great shape. I would recommend them for your next move.

My son had a great experience.
The movers showed up as scheduled and were able to move him across town in under 5 hrs on a very hot day!
I would recommend Apt Movers.
Amy was able to get us our desired date and time and followed back up with me to ensure everything went well.

We had a bit of a rough move which can happen but everything was handled perfectly by the owner. Incredible customer service from Amy and a happy resolution from Rod. We will be return customers.
