Convenient and clean. The staff and management were very accommodating and helpful. 100% recommend this hotel near by the airport.
Rooms: My room had everything I needed for a one night stay. The shower and bathroom were very clean, with great lighting and a makeup mirror.
Nearby activities: The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport
Food and drinks: The two restaurants inside the hotel are very convenient. The front restaurant has a full bar and american style food, and the other restaurant has pizza and good beer. They also have a good breakfast buffet

Sub par hotel with terrible service. Their shuttles are not reliable and will not follow through with actually picking you up from the airport. We were stuck at the airport for over an hour and no one came to pick us up.
I hope yall can stop wasting money on services no one needs and apply that same effort into making sure the services you already provide are any good

I, along with 100+ other passengers, were stranded in Dallas after cancelled flights. The check in process was extremely simple with the voucher, the room was spacious and clean, and I very much enjoyed the bath products that were provided in the shower. However, what stood out to me the most, was Tabitha. Tabitha was manning the pizza restaurants bar all by herself, and even though there were hungry and irritated patrons after a stressful day at the airport, she served every single person with a smile on her face and an amazing attitude. Even though the crowd must have been overwhelming, she fulfilled every single order and even ran to the kitchen to help prep the food. There are children with full bellies tonight thanks to Tabitha and her amazing work ethic. Next time I am in Dallas, I will come back to the Atrium Hotel, and I'll be looking for Tabitha to brighten my day. What an angel.

Well i wanna give a Big Shout out to Stephanie for the above and beyond approach I received from her...About 3 weeks ago I stayed at the Atrium for a business trip, well while there i misplaced my headphone sets that cost me a pretty penny....i assumed I left it at home and just waited to look for it on my return home...Got home and couldn't find it nowhere...So I decided to call the hotel to double chk to see if my headphones was found, in relief I was ecstatic that it was found.....i was told that it will be in a safe area upon my return....Well the day before my return I called Atrium to notify them about my return the next day....I had the pleasure of speaking to Stephanie and notifying her of what had happened, Stephanie looked for my headphones in the lost and found area, there was no headphones....So she took it upon herself to call almost every staff worker that worked there to see who was it that had found them. Guess what? No one had no idea of any headsets being found.....Stephanie didn't give up on me there, she didn't throw me off by telling me there's nothing else she can do,....Stephanie kept at it until she found the staffer who found them...Yes the hotel have my headphones....She was feeling the hurt in my voice.....She did not give up on me and that's why I will be staying at this hotel everytime I'm in town......Thku sooook much Stephanie and crew.....

American comped us a room here and a shuttle, called for it and sat outside waiting for over a hour. Multiple calls claiming “its on its way”… we ended up getting an uber because they never came.

My presence here is solely due to a disruption in my flight arrangements. I just left the front desk and we’ve been going in circles about the shuttle policy. “Mani” said my only option is getting an Uber because the shuttle already left and can’t come back. He said I should have been at the desk 10 minutes earlier. It’s 330am for crying out loud. Get this, I walked outside and there’s a driver sitting in a different van, but he can’t take me because “that’s not how it works.”
The accommodations were not satisfactory, as the room was below expectations, the gift shop had an unpleasant odor, and I experienced continual disturbances from an alarm throughout the night. I would not recommend this location; consider alternative options or, if possible, sleep at the airport instead.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is not up to par. It’s equivalent to a Motel 6.

If you have the slightest choice in the matter, avoid this place at all costs. American Airlines booked this place for our delayed flight. Worste hotel experience I have ever had; severely understaffed and were not prepared for the volume of guests tonight. Tried to call the hotel from the airport for a shuttle, no one answered the phone. Once we arrived we saw all three shuttles in front of hotel. Once checked in, we waited over an hour for carryout food to our room, only to have the food be cold, messy, and quite literally the worst hotel food I have ever tasted. Could not even eat it. Waiting to hear back from management….

Poor. Unless you like heavy duty smell of Pine-Sol cleaning that is the first smell walking in. We rented two rooms, and both were not so good. Rooms have broken furniture. Stains on side
of bed box spring. The gate open box is inconveniently located. Keys deactivated every time we left the room no matter where we kept them on us. This is nowhere near a 3 star hotel. I would post the pictures for proof but no option to do so. And nope will stay here again.

Waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. Called several times and they told us it was coming but gave up and had to Uber. Don’t rely on them to pick you up. When you call the front desk everyone who works there is difficult to understand. Won’t be staying here again next time we fly out of DFW.
Noteworthy details: Shuttle service sucks

American airlines put us up here after we missed our connection. First room we were assigned was already occupied. Beds were hard, but room was clean.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel serendipitously due to a flight kerfuffle. The rooms are spacious! In our room we had a mini fridge, microwave, 27" TV, couch, two queen beds, coffee & coffee maker. This hotel has all the amenities that you would need. There is an indoor pool with towels available, a fitness center- that I didn't actually get to see, and a business center that has computers for use and the capacity to print. I would recommend that you bring your own soap and lotion, because as with the case with many hotels the soap will dry your skin out! It's very clean. Not the most modern in terms of interior design. There's an on-site restaurant that has a variety of options, some of which can be made plant-based. This restaurant is open until 11 p.m., so that's good if you have a late arrival or a late check-in. They have hot breakfast which is served in the mornings, which states at 6am & was still open at noon when I checked out. The hot breakfast is buffet style and on the date of my visit which was 2/16/2024, priced at $11 for adults per person. No continental breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly enough, not overly chatty, though. There is an airport shuttle, which arrives *when it wants to* to the airport... ? At the hotel there is a sign that states that this airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so there's no need to reserve it or call for it. My partner and I did not take the airport shuttle to the Airport though.

So far, so good. American Airlines is a partner with this property and put us up there since we missed our connection. Check-in was fast and friendly. The hotel and room are clean. It's like a down-scale Embassy Suites. The 4 stars for the room is due to the placement of the bathroom, which is in the bedroom. Kinda strange.Noteworthy details: They have an airport shuttle and take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius.
