We came here to do a good deed, and pay it forward to someone that is well deserving of this gift. When we spoke to the service representative Sandra she was so on board to assist she gave us the bag, tissue paper, and gift card to help this all come together ❤️. Would have given 5 stars but do to that fact someone at that store decided to unauthorized change my account PIN code. I rated a 3. The customer service was great. Just had that one issue. It should be a way that the customer should be able to put in their own code, when it’s needed at the store instead of the rep asking and putting it in . It help keep from anybody being able to get info unauthorized

Sandra was very knowledgeable, and helpful to me. I transfer from another company and my phone was stuck in SOS mode. I was greeted less than 5 mins and assisted by her with a smile and a warm welcome. I will definitely go back to either add on or if I needed more help. Thanks Sandra

Terrible attention from Gerardo, he made me feel like I couldn't pay because they are expensive and he still leaves me there with another client, I am a client of yours and I have never had this terrible service.

Alex, on Wednesday the 6th, was extremely helpful and patient with me and explained everything and showed me new pricing for direct tv without satellite and based on his information we will probably be changing.
