Bought a car from them and nothing but problems with the pre sense. They Supposedly fixed it but didn't I've paid more out of pocket and with insurance to fix the car than why is owed on it and extended warranty will not touch it. And they won't cancel my car extended warranty either. They are a joke now that I have the vehicle but when I was looking for vehicle more than happy to be helpful don't recommend to anyone at this point. And the sales man Omar Khalifa horrible on answering phone calls

I did my due diligence already by calling corporate and reporting.Women beware of going here. This is not a female friendly establishment. I will never go back here and I will never recommend this place either.

Would give 0 starts if possible. Autonation is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My engine is randomly turning off. The problem was supposed to be fixed it was not. They want to keep my car over the weekend but will not accommodate me with a car so I can work. Will Never buy another car here will absolutely Never recommend it. The cars are terrible and the customer service is even worse.

I am a Clearwater, FL AutoNation customer and was given this branch as the number to call in regard to a refund issue with an incorrect balance. Instead of MAXINE giving exceptional customer service, she was short , non helping and unprofessional. I just wanted my money back that I spent. I'm not asking for a handout but as a mother of 3 $60 bucks can go along way when your waiting for a paycheck, sorry I just wanted help to get my correct amount back. I was given no solid direction to go nor number to call by Maxine. I had to search it myself. She would not even take the invoice number to look into the situation. I will def stay in dealing with AutoNation Clearwater Chevrolet, DON PETTY GAVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and went over and beyond to resolve my issue. Ty Don, Maxine needs retraining- PERIOD!!!!
