This is probably the customer service oblivious AutoZone I have ever been to. All the associates just pretend to be busy with something else while customers are waiting in line for service.

You call your store they answer don’t say nothing put you on hold for 39 minutes you hang up they do same thing all over again so call the store right now

Went in to get Wiper Blades close to their closing time, but was still treated respectfully and with no hurry. Sales representative Angel even walked outside to help me figure out what specific blades my vehicle required. Overall good experience.
