HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE
Vehicle Not Ready at Pickup:
When I arrived at the scheduled time for my reserved vehicle, I was told it was unavailable because the previous customer had not yet returned it. I was asked to either wait two additional hours or drive to another location near Fort Worth, TX, to get a replacement vehicle. Since I urgently needed transportation, I had no choice but to travel to the other location.
False Cleaning Charge Threat:
Upon returning the vehicle, the representative stated that the car was “excessively dirty” and that I would be charged $450 for cleaning. This accusation is completely false. I have photos proving the condition of the vehicle upon return. The only action I took was removing the carpet mats to dust them off, which the representative then stated it was now acceptable.
Refusal to Provide Receipt at Return:
At first, I was told I would receive my receipt by email. I insisted on documentation confirming I had returned the vehicle, which caused the representative to step away and contact the manager—only then did the excessive cleaning accusation arise.
This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I was nearly charged $450 for something untrue, and I had to go out of my way to another location because my reserved vehicle was not ready.
I’ll share this experience everywhere so others don’t get taken advantage of.

Awesome experience the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Renting a car from them was such an easy process and good value for money. Also the car was comfortable, well maintained and clean.

If you book online, they will NOT honor your booking Nor the booking rate. They will blame it on the lack of car stock and tell you to call corporate. FALSE ADVERTISING by @Avis and this individual site.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My mom rented a car on 07/26/2025 and was charged $1,539.35 which her TODAY, she checked her account and saw they DOUBLE-CHARGED her with an extra -$1,198.52 for a hold on the vehicle.
This company is a complete scam. They take your money without explanation, lie to your face, and do the total opposite of what they say.
DO NOT rent from them. They’re shady, dishonest, and will rob you blind. RUN. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t EVER rent here. We had a pick up at 12pm and we arrived 4 minutes late because of an accident. The owner or manager that was there told us we could not pick up the car because we arrived super late. The car that supposed to be rented wasn’t even clean it was dirty with receipts and junk in it.

I recently rented a car from this location. I had a great experience from start to finish, Sam and Missy we’re extremely helpful, they made the booking process simple. I’d definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.

Horrible service, Avis tries to charge you for a cleaning fee even up to two weeks after you return the vehicle, stating that it was excessive and a $450 charge. I will be disputing this with AVIS Customer service. i was already charged a Misc. Fee before for $125 for returning the vehicle dirty. Will never be using AVIS again if these are the shady practices they like to engage in.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Avis that I feel compelled to share. Upon receiving our rental car, we found the interior unclean, with sand scattered throughout. When returning the vehicle, a staff member at the counter rudely informed us that we would be charged $125 for cleaning unless we took care of it ourselves. Fortunately, another employee, possibly the owner, understood our situation and waived the fee, acknowledging that we returned the car in the same condition we received it. While we appreciate this gesture, the initial lack of cleanliness and the discourteous behavior we encountered were unacceptable. We hope Avis addresses these issues to improve their customer service.

Customer service omg where do I start. The older guy that work there is a liar, rude, unethical sales. He had the younger guy to give me one dirty vehicle. It’s was dirty in and out, gas was on E
I ask him why I could get the other vehicle that was out there and cleaned. He said it was rented out already. I when pass the company hours after closing and that same clean vehicle was still there.

Never renting back from avis again.
After paying a full amount. They charge $125 after a month and saying there was a smoke odor in the car. When i haven't smoke since i was born and i am 45. Regardless of facts they have a protocol to follow when car was returned at that time evething was fine and additional charges were brought to my attention. All of a sudden month later they smell smoke odor in that very same car which might have rented for atleast to 15 different customers. They are not a professional company who stay behind there words.

It is very expensive
I asked for one day they told $117 for suv.
I asked for 2 days sedan they told me $160.
Right away I walked out because it is very expensive.

Poor service arrogant front desk person “we told we spoke to customer service and they let me know that they have open car in there inventory for exchange the front desk guys said ask the customer service people here in person then” even after show the reservation papers not visiting the location anymore
