AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS - just pickup from airport instead.
Agree with other reviewers below. This location is a scam. Guy started the conversation with “We don’t have a car for you in your class but I am trying to work with you. We have a bigger car. It will cost you more.” When I said I was a preferred member and typically get a free upgrade, his tone changed - “Oh you are late, we gave away your car”. Why didn’t you call me? “oh we called you”.. when I showed both my phones with no record of a call - “Oh we thought we called you, we were overwhelmed with customers”. Finally admitted that they never had a car for me in the first place. Complete waste of time dealing with them.
It’s a scam. Do not reserve from here. Airport location is only 8 mins away

This location did not honor their pick up service despite me being 2 miles away. Furthermore, when I arrived at 5:46pm on 11/15, the woman working was looking for any reason not to help me....
- Do you have a reservation? Yes
- I only have electric vehicles... No problem
- Let me see your license. Here go
- Insert your credit card. Didn't have it.
Once she found her reason, she blew me off and closed up shop. Didn't care if I had a card on file, or if I'm a President's club member or anything. She threw policy in my face ans couldn't leave soon enough.
Don't get into customer service if you don't like providing customer service... sheesh!
My experience was pretty much the same as Sree Harsha Myneni's review (same person). This woman truly hates her job and should be removed. At the very least not deal with customers.

The service is amazing. I came from Europe and it was my first experience with renting a car. I was afraid a bit by everything was so smoothly. I even had an issue with a car, everything was resolved. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

I rent with Avis at different locations around the country. The customer service at this location is always outstanding. Highly recommend renting here

poor service , booked gas but got ev car when I needed to drive from dallas to austin, saying thats the only car available and it has only 64% , and office was closed when i arrived saying will be back had to wait 15 mins

Excellent and friendly service and they always have vehicles available. I've rented from here at least 6 times this year and haven't had any issues.

Asad is an excellent host who is very outgoing and helpful. The cars are always clean and if I run into any problems the team is able to provide me with solutions and answers immediately.

It’s the worst rental branch I have ever experienced they haven’t gave me a car I waited 4 hours from pickup time from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm still there is no response from them . I recommend not to book in this location and the front desk executive was so rude to me in phone call . Don’t ever choose to book your car rental here . I came all away from Missouri and wanted to go back for a emergency situation and here these people not handing over me a car and keep on making me wait since 4 hours
