If I could rate ZERO I would. The branch manager is lazy and and has excuses. Not willing to get in there and help out. Just sit back there and make excuses. While the other one is on a personal phone call. And the next one is walking around acting like she's helping someone. Don't believe a thing they say when they respond to a review. I have been with BoA for 31 years and this is by far the worst customer service. Lazy, full of excuses and molasses. I will be closing my account to ZERO and want them to waste their time, energy and money coming after me for a service fee. I will post every day to expose the worthless employees they have now. 10 years ago the branch manager, A REAL BRANCH MANAGER, would have jumped in to help his tellers. The WANT TO BE manager is as lazy as she looks. Sitting behind walls laughing as she was listening to the complaints. Wasn't until I said "any so called manager should be ashamed of this place". That's when she said, " we had call-in's today". The Incompetence is all I could think. So none of the other 4-5 employees are capable of helping customers. Then what are they employees for. Her pathetic response was, "we had call-in's today". Well Good God Almighty you are Worthless in helping customers then. PATHETIC. BAD SERVICE, LAZY, ENTITLED NON-ASSISTING, HEY BUT ON THE CLOCK!

Very dull day and the lobby was empty but I was told I still had to make an appointment for a business account that needs to do business today? What horrible customer service!

Just a very terrible location. Drive thru closed. Huge line inside. No clear direction that the front desk is useless for teller services, and if there’s a line at the front desk it blocks the teller line for anyone who doesn’t realize they are waiting in the wrong line. All in all, this Bank of America is a terrible representative of corporate and needs a overhaul asap. Almost convinced me to close accounts with Bank of America.

No drive thru ATM at this location. Always have to stand in line to take out cash. Always terrible to go in and out of.

My dad has experience with this bank. Is good. But can y’all please open this Wednesday because my dad really needs to take out cash for the rent and some other things. That’s all we’re asking for please. I’ll go with him to at least help him get him a debit card so he doesn’t struggle taking cash out in the future. #countingonyall

I have been a BOA customer for years. I have had several accounts and have a lot of experience dealing with various employees, both with in-person banking and online. This poor review is for a recent experience at this branch only. Otherwise, I recommend BOA. I went into the branch to cash a check. I was dressed-down and must have been perceived by the unfriendly cashier as someone who could not possibly be a bank customer. She greeted me coldly by saying, "Is there something you need help with?" I presented my check and ID, and I was given my cash. I noticed that she had two-toned hair and 12-inch fingernails, all painted different colors. As odd as I may have looked to her, she looked equally odd to me. Neither of us should be judging the other, however. I didn't mind being helped by someone with her own style, but it was off-putting to be treated as though I didn't belong there just because I wasn't dressed up.
