I’ve been here a couple of times. The staff is courteous. Specific mention about Danny, He has been really kind and helpful to accommodate my appointment admist his busy schedule, also politely answered all my queries related to the account n credit card, The account opening process was seamless and quick !

I had difficulty opening an account, but when I visited this branch without an appointment, Danny provided significant assistance in helping me understand the different account options, explaining each detail thoroughly. Additionally, Michael provided valuable information about credit cards.

I had the best experience with this center . Big thank you to Lashanda who is one of the managers of the center and after talking to her she really took a big step to help me. She is extremely helpful, cordial and treated me extremely well . Plus she took care of my problem.Thanks Lashanda you are awesome. Glad I met you that day. You were my angel in disguise :)

POOR AND DISGUSTING BANK MANAGER SERVICE.This bank/bank manager CHRIS offers the worst customer experience. I schedule my appointment for 3-3:30pm slot for wire transfer purpose and I arrived at the bank at 3:13pm and the branch manager at the entrance told me I am late and they only wait for 5mins for reservations and since I am 13mins late, he denied my reservation and told me that there is one more reservation after us and two walkin's, so he is going to send them first and told me it would take more than an hour.With disappointment, I sat down and was waiting. After 10mins a couple showed up and manager asked if they had reservation and replied yes and its at 3:00pm. Manager right away honored their appointment even though they are late and came after us.That couple sat beside us and I asked them whats your appointment time and they said its at 3pm. Then, I went and asked the manager why did u allow them and he lied and said their appointment was at 2:30pm which was a complete lie, even if we assume their apptmnt is at 2:30pm, then they are like 40mins late, then I am surprised manager allowed them but not us where were are only 13 mins late.After complaining and waiting for 20mins, I was assigned to a banker and she was nice and polite but this manager is completely poor in customer service.The manager is not customer focused/obsessed. Very rude and impolite. Also lied right on face when there is literal proof.He needs to treat each customer equally and with respect.He needs to be trained well before he can manage the entire branch or the customers gonna go through same rough experience.He should also learn a lot from the banker who assisted me. She was kind, generous and friendly but this manager doesn't have any of those skills.

I enjoy this location. The team working here are sharp individuals! They are quick to assist and have paramount customer service. There are three team members that I'd like to rave about in particular. They are Fabiola, Rahama, and Yvette. Ladies your the best @ what you do! It's noticed and certainly appreciated.Ms. Jackson : )

This financial center should be one of the worst. They got only 1 teller who has to handle personal and business accounts. Very poor teller. People have to wait at least 30 minutes in the line. Management is too poor. They have never taken care of their management. This is a national bank and they need to be sincere about the customers.

Well organized, simple and hassle free access to bank services. Excellent customer response from relationship manager Danny Pena. All in all a good place to opt in for banking services.

Mr. Collins took us in last minute and minute and set up a new business account for our car dealership! He took care of us when 3 other branches turned us down.Bryant is the man!!!! 10/10 recommend this branch over others in the area!

My son and I went into this location to open an account and did not have an appointment. The manager "Bo" made it happen! He looked over the schedule and figured out a way to work us in. He then referred us to Bryant and dealing with Bryant couldn't have been any better! He is great to work with! Hats off to both these staff members for making our experience great!!!!
