The ATM machine at this location froze on me while I was depositing $800 to pay some bills. It kept my money and printed out a ticket to file a claim. It took 2 weeks for them to deposit a \\\"temporary credit\\\" into my account until they could finish investigating. I was told that was policy and there was nothing else they could do. Completely unacceptable. If I wasn't moving out of the country, I'd be switching banks behind this. And FYI.... Chase Bank gives their customers a \\\"temporary credit\\\" as soon as an issue with their accounts has been made known i.e.fraud with a checking account. At least with them you won't have to wait up to 2 weeks to get your money back

Customer service is really disgusting. I went there to open an account. A Nepali girl was supposed to help but Professionalisms is what she needs to learn first before helping others.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Don't ever waste your time coming to this bank. Terrible customer service and it's not customer friendly. The branch assistant manager Nayeli was a woman and I asked her is it always so crowded as I had to wait over an hour just to get a temporary debit card. She verbalized it's always this busy at the beginning of the month, I said so if you know that then why do u only have 2 tellers working ? So had the audacity to say well I'm not going to hire someone just because we're busy at the beginning of the month. I was appalled. Don't waste your time go elsewhere trust me
