Everything started well with this agency. But has gone down hill after the first year of doing business with them. I've requested COIs weeks before the expiration date so I can provide them my brokers, and I never get them in a timely manner. This will be the 3rd time my driver gets stuck out of state because they don't provide a COI before the expiration date. They don't seem to care. When you reach out to your agent, they don't answer because they're at their other job. Then they say that their boss should've sent it, but never did. They delegate blame all the time. It might be time to move my business elsewhere and file a lawsuit for damages.

All is good when you are a current customer, Until you call to cancel your auto insurance. I spoken to Sandy and another young girl. They both said they would get back to me this was last week and still haven't heard back from either of them. Last time I spoke to them they asked for a written statement which I did and Also send my new proof of insurance. This week, I've tried calling numbers of times, all I get is unavailable. All I asked is to cancel my policy 15days prior to the renewal, I paid the renewal on the 3rd of the month 7 days before it was due. All I'm asking is for my prorated refund and to cancel my renewal policy. Hope this review helps get managers attention to take action.
