The worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Went there to wire some money from a business account to escrow to finalize an acquisition and for some reason the lady kept asking for the “source of money” and said she wanted to “verify” the transfer made from my personal account to my business account even after showing the wire details from my personal account. And after calling a bunch of people (strange that being an employee she didn’t know who to contact for verification) and wasting half an hour she said that it’s closing time and we won’t be able to finalize the wire today and you’ll have to come tomorrow. After much argument she came to the conclusion that because my business account was a “new account” therefore she needed to “verify”. Make up your mind lady is it the source or the funds or my account being new. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had my check up today with Dr Thirtha ??The Practice was so Inviting from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted by Julie and Billie at the front desk , they’re both very friendly and welcoming. Dr luvs to give hugs and I received the best hug ?I was invited to come back to the treatment room by Dana, Dr Thirtha assistant who took digital X-rays ( she was extremely gentle when placing the sensors in my mouth efficiently . She set the TV on very scenic channel with calming music and placed lavender pillow and offered me a blanket ?? Dr .Thirtha actually did my dental hygiene cleaning while Dana assisted her . The procedure went smoothly without any discomfort at all , I was so relaxed I could have easily fallen asleep .. I did not have any cavities and my teeth feel amazing !!!If you have not yet visited the New and Improved Practice “Truist Dental of Irving “ formerly Dr Jones you must call and schedule an appointment!!!

This is not towards this branch but the bank in general do not do business with them they delay deducting the money from your account up to two days then causing overdrafts a way for them to make money!!!!!!!!! I called n they refused to fix it they charged me 36 for taking my own money out but due to a simple charge from 2 days before it caused a domino effect mind you they already subtracted it from my current balance making me believe it was ok I’m sorry but I will be returning to Wells Fargo where they never did this they post immediately n deduct when u spend ! The lady on phone said I should never trust the online banking hellooo why do you have it for your customers if it’s not doing what it’s suppose to! And that is keep track of your spending. SMH

If I could give this place 0 stars I would Randy Pasco is the absolute worst banker I ever sat with I will not be going back to this branch even if it’s close to me I rather drive far out then receive terrible customer service people I had half a mind to curse him out but I just walked away !!!
