I sent my son here because he had fraud charges on his account to get you a new debit card. They said it would be a 20-25 min wait and he was fine waiting. But Steven Williams the manager asked him to go to another PNC 10 mins away because they had no wait. So he did. But that branch said they didn’t do new debit cards and sent him back to the original location which was this one. And it wasn’t 10 mins away, total he spent 45 mins to end up at same location. Horrible customer service!

This is literally the worst bank ever. Unprofessional and severely lacking customer service skills. I came to this location to open an account for my daughter and left soon after. I wouldn't recommend to a soul. Eric Hannold and Jaswinder are poor representatives of the bank.

I get a few calls a month from PNC asking me to call them. I did one time and they just wanted to talk about other products or options. Just listened to a voicemail asking me to contact them so they can help me "make and save money." No. Do not call your customers to sell them more things. I feel like I'm banking with telemarketers. Also, at least a few times a month their app is down and won't let me transfer money or see my balance. Not a fan. Thinking of switching banks. Ugh.

This location no longer has tellers or a drive-through bank. There is an ATM machine. Not sure what else they do here but it doesn't involve tellers. Nothing else to "discuss".

I live walking distance from this branch and I still drive to the MacArthur branch due to the many horrible experiences. I believe it starts at the top of this particular branch as MacArthur is a totally different experience. When I walk into MacArthur’s branch they speak, the branch manager makes herself visible and ready to assist with anything.

Excellent banking. Very welcoming and helpful staff. You get proper personalized banking experience here. Monica Mendoza is the best branch banker, her response time is swift and she is always ready to provide you the solution to your banking related problems. 10/10 fully recommended.

in general PNC is not a good bank the tellers are uninformed, nobody knows, hears, or sees anything. the only good thing here is the ATM.this branch needs to be closed!!!
