Don't waste your time and money (of which you have to pay up front). This business is obviously being run by someone else now. Super unprofessional. Multiple no call, no shows. Had to call and call to get anyone to answer when they just didn't show up. Then when we did finally talk to someone, they rescheduled us for 4 days later. I begged them to keep me in the loop and just call if there were any changes. Now we have the installers show up with the correct carpet, but it's in pieces, so there will be seams, and a completely different carpet in the size we needed originally, but it's a different color. I had to call the office again, only to be told that's all they could do and no cost break was offered for the change or the inconvenience. Please do not use this company, they are not the same as they once were. Do not trust the older good reviews on *******

Friend of mine stated they never showed up for a confirmed scheduled appointment twice. After first day of no show they said they were tied up. On friday when they spoke to them they said they would be out between 3 and 6 and then was another no show. Very poor business.

Great Place for a good deal & friendly & prompt service..... Way to go guy's, great experience for me on getting carpet at the last minute-no notice PLUS installed the very next day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service at bill on carpets was outstanding they were helpful they were competent I mean these guys are carpet geniuses and not to mention the prices were fantastic through plenty of parking and and a variety of selection I was really impressed with Bell on carpets

Came out to install carpet in 2 bedrooms and 2 closets... absolutely great quality carpet. I’m extremely satisifed!!!! The installer was super nice and arrived on time. He took his time to ensure proper installation and satisfaction. If a carpet job is ever needed, I will definitely use Beltline Carpet and even recommend them! Thank you!!!!
