I recently attended a birthday celebration at a hookah lounge with some friends. We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the music played by the DJ.Shafi, our host, was incredibly friendly and hospitable.

Very shady business. My husband and I went with a group of friends to come to have a good time but ended up leaving within 10-15 minutes to go somewhere else. They charge you $5 to BYOB because they don’t serve alcohol. So you basically pay for red solo cups. And since we didn’t want to stay and order hookah, we were told we had to be charged an entrance fee of $20 pp which seemed so shady because this is not a club so why do we need to pay when there was no signage of an entrance fee?! Also they still had the nerve to ask for a tip. So overall we spent well over $100 and did not have a good time at all! My husband and I want our money back!

Upon walking into the lounge, the ambiance initially gives off a welcoming vibe, but unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. For someone like me who seldom indulges in hookah, I was expecting a slight buzz after an hour and a half, but to my surprise, there was absolutely none. On the bright side, the flavor was delightful. That said, the pricing structure seemed a bit unusual. Even though I told the man only TWO of us are smoking ONE hookah, our party of three was charged an additional $10 simply because of our third non-smoking companion was sitting with us.What took me back further was the automatic 18% gratuity fee that was added regardless of our party size. For a party of 3?The transparency at the time of payment was questionable, too. I was hastily shown the bill without a proper breakdown of the charges. After doing the math in the car, I concluded it was $44 for 2 people with a single hookah. And he still had the nerve to show me the tip screen lol.The menu advertised only $19 when we ordered. You be the judge.A word of advice to the management: Transparency and honesty go a long way in establishing loyal clientele. Opting for shady business practices offer short-term gains but can be detrimental in the long run. Consider revisiting your policies for a morecustomer-friendly experience, and most importantly, a sustainable business practice.

Went there 2 weeks ago for my sisters birthday and first I must say the dj brought the good vibes. He played a great mix of old school and new school. The hookah flavor could have been better and it took forever to get new coals. But the reason I’m leaving a review b/c our server Trisha was A1. First off she was very knowledgeable and explained the rules more clearly than the guy who initially sat us. There were two Indian guys who didn’t seem to really know what was going on so they sent her over and she made everything clear and upfront. She was also very engaging with us and all customers. I saw her walking around dancing and making sure all the tables were okay. The other two men never once asked us if we were good but she asked multiple times. I can honestly say she made me, my wife and our guest feel turnt although we didn’t enjoy our hookah as expected. So I give this place 4 stars for the dj and the server. Please do better on the hookah for 5 stars.

This is the place to hang out and socialize with friends or a date. The lay out of the place is ideal for socializing or a date. A lot id hookah options. There’s a $10 cover $5 byob charge. Not to bad at all for a Saturday evening.

Great spot. Love the hookah, I’ve never had better hookah anywhere else. The flavour is always on spot. Very friendly staff. You can request any song you want, feels like home. The best and the cheapest hookah around and the coals are the the best. There is no entry fee on the weekends and they have a DJ on the weekends. First come first serve, you don’t have to pay for tables or sections.
