I ordered clothing on this site and they sent me the wrong size, I ordered the same clothing again to speed things up and still got the wrong size. I ordered this through Walmart and they contacted bioworld 2 times to have them contact me and they never have. I would never buy from them again!

Probably the worst mini backpacks with so many errors being sold at Walmart. If you want good pop culture items especially if your backpack collector get a loungefly!

We keep ordering and they just keep cancelling most of the order. Then after waiting a few days, we go back into the website and see those items still show they are in stock. Is there a game being played with their customers or is their inventory system really that unreliable? We have no problems like this with our other distributors.

As a previous employee as a shipping clerk I wouldn’t recommend working here don’t quit your 12+ year job to come here is not worth it, you are not guaranteed a position. There’s a lot of foul play going on here, is just the matter of when they will get caught. The CEO was not friendly you can walk pass him a million times and say good morning or hi you name it and he will dead ignore you no lie let me say there’s greater richer people out there who are still humble, and that’s what makes them and their companies different. I didn’t see no future working for this company everything is unprofessional and unorganized they inventory is always a mess I had to deal with it everyday when orders came through. Their software is old and makes working difficult.The good things they did is sample sales cookouts and game giveaways...and sometimes donations. With that been said I hope my review with help anyone make wiser decisions when it comes down to choosing what works best whether is a job or buying from this company. God Bless.

Placed an order.Took a week to get a response after requesting order confirmation.Two more weeks before anything was shipped.Was not informed about out of stock products until after I inquired about our order post shipping.Upon arrival over half of the items I paid for were not included.We have been ignored, deceived, and robbed at this point.Noone answers the phones ,reps rarely if ever respond to emails, and packing slips are fraudulent.Beware the BBB rating of this company. Will update as the issues progress but at this point all I can do is post warnings.

The HR person was very nice and set up an interview. I was told I would meet with 3 people and I had to wait for this schedule. After the day comes I meet with 1 of these people and the other person was busy. I wait to reschedule for the next meeting and never hear back. After reaching out multiple times I find out the HR person left the company. Then I never hear back about the follow up or other positions available. Months later I receive an e-mail telling me they hired someone else. Thanks for the clear communication and dragging me around through this process.

Well, don't work for these idiots. they have their sh!t so backwards, they hire people, then lay them off days later. That says all i need to know about them, and the quality work they put in. I wouldn't ever do business with them, if this is how they treat the people that work for them.

Aka “MXED”....from KENS 5 page....I ordered/paid for “2” sets of “Star Wars” PJ’S and only received “1”, through “Deal Boss”!!!! Tried to contact several departments within the company, all prompted me to voicemail....I love the PJ’S....my son “Loved” them also. BUT...how are you going to SELL anything and BECOME a SUCCESSFUL Company IF you don’t ANSWER your PHONES.

We got our Rick and Morty hat today more than a week before we were told it would come, 2 days after we ordered it. The hat looks Great and the company who sent it Rocks!!!
