Customer service has improved but still not great. There is no 24/7 number to call to make a payment. You can email your single point of contact or leave a message and still not receive a message or call back response. Your wait time on average are about 3 times longer than stated. I would leave them if I didn't have such a great rate before the market shot up.

Poor experience. Payments were posted incorrectly. Customer service was not helpful or friendly.

If I could give less stars I would… WORST experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. My loan was sold, the company did not reach out to me by phone or email. I had just bought a 2nd home and was getting a lot of junk mail so I missed the “welcome letter” that was sent out informing me they had taken over my loan. I was under the impression that I was paying my mortgage every month. It wasn’t until it hit my credit 4 months later that I realized something was wrong. I reach out immediately and instantly paid what was owed in full. I asked as a curtesy if BSI Financial would remove the late payments off my credit report. I was denied. When I asked to speak to someone that could help I was informed that my request was denied and it would stay in my credit report. This is the 1st time in my entire life I have ever missed a monthly payment. Instead of showing me grace this company screwed me over and my credit is ruined for the next 7 years.

If there was the option of negative stars believe me that’s the rating they deserve. Called in May due to payment not being auto drafted by the due date. We called and they said we are current and up to date. After May they said our account was not up to date. Send copy from our bank to clarify the payments have been paid. We are still trying to get something done. Every month the payment is taken out at the beginning of the month. They said it didn’t clear from our bank. Statement sent and they are still saying it hasn’t cleared. So now we have a double payment when it is their side that make the error. We will be hiring an attorney to get this resolved. The entire company is a joke and a nightmare. Even if the rate is high to refinance, that’s the way we will go.

There paper work is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. Worst customer service I have ever spoken too. It was miserable dealing with them.
