I am not sure where to start. When I walked in, it appeared they were yelling at a woman. They were yelling, in fact all communication was delivered at a near shout & remarkably aggressive. Not just with her, but with all 4 customers that cycled through while I was in the lobby.
When it was our turn, they asked for the reference number & when the reservation was located they refused to acknowledge it. Instead they offered a compact hybrid, despite reserving a mid sized SUV. They emphatically kept stating it was a new hybrid and I was very, very lucky to get said car...if any car at all.
I tried to explain that I was currently in a compact hybrid (in fact, the very same make & model they were offering)...that I was currently renting from BUDGET...but none of that information registered with my rental agent. Mostly because they were not listening.
They did not listen to a word we said, consider any of our requests, read the standing reservation or ask how/when/what we wanted at all.
When I left in my current rental (2024 Toyota Camry with the 3000 miles on it) & my friend following me in the 2nd rental (2024 Toyota Camry with 7000 miles on it) they still failed to notice our clear irritation and the cost was 38% more expensive. I know, because I did the math. Math is real & does not lie. The gentlemen at the front desk lied no less than 4 times.
The 2nd rental car was returned in less than 48 hours. I won't return to that location for any reason. Experience so awful - I was prepared to change companies & never look back.
I will say that my experience at the location in Arlington was a far cry from this place.
I am still in a rental car from them, and it is not a Toyota Camry. Because they did listen, they did honor the request for a midsize SUV & they also honored an even lower price, BECAUSE THAT IS WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE RESERVATION - to secure the vehicle you need. When you need it.

After booking a reservation, of which was changed twice. I received a phone call on the way to pick up, letting me know I would have to drive 2 cities over, in 5 o'clock traffic, to get yet another changed vehicle because of a flat tire. Ok things happen. We make do and enjoy our vacation. Upon returning the rental, the owner of this franchise was unbelievably insulting on more than one occasion. Insinuating we would leave the rental "in a state of chaos." When asked why he thought we would, it was stated the last renters left sand from their vacation. To which I replied, "What does this have to do with me?" This location was unorganized and unprofessional. Will never choose this location again

We rented a car from this location for a family vacay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The car we requested was not onsite when we reserved it but they went out of their way and got the car delivered to the location. Drop off was simple and easy. They do not use an automated system like the airport but don’t let the paperwork scare you! I would rent from this location again.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION: Worst customer service ever , car was dirty had low fuel, and when I brought it to their attention they ver rude. Missy didn’t like that I asked to come outside and look at the car Then Sam talked to me like he was doing me a favor also one rental reservation before Sam cancelled it at the time of pick up because he had no rental cars availableI rent all over the US never had I come across this disrespect and rudeness !!

After having a bad experience with Budget at the airport, Sam was able to get me an SUV that I needed for my trip. Him and his staff were very helpful and friendly!

Sam and his staff treated me well. I had a long term rental and they accommodated me with a great vehicle. I was given my options and they provided excellent customer service!! I will always recommend them for any rentals needed.

They tried to charge me $20, saying the gas tank wasn't full. The tank was full, I had just left the gas station. I had to call corporate for a refund. They are liars. Be sure you take pictures of the vehicle beforehand and when you return it. The car was scratched when I checked it out.I contacted the email from the owners response below. Their response to my email simply said, "We are actively working to improve our service levels, and appreciate your feedback. Please note that to avoid this charge on future rentals, please ensure that you provide your fuel receipt in return."I had my proof that the vehicle gas was full. The employee lied and said the vehicle wasn't full. How is it my fault the employee is a liar?

Corrected the mistake the DFW Budget had made, was given a car with serious mechanical issues. Timely and helpful, although slightly confusing, said they had no cars to exchange and then suddenly they had one? It appears to have been a drop off while I was being helped meaning it definitely didn’t get cleaned. The rental itself was fine.

Update: apparently this branch charged me $250 for no reason at all, as Budget is now attempting to charge me an additional $450 on top of the $250 so called misc fees that this branch charged me. That is $700 in cleaning fees for a rental car that was already dirty.As with others, I also had a bad experience with this location. I should have read the red flags before renting from this location. The vehicle was dirty, no where near what you expect from a rental. The staff refused to come outside and check the vehicle with me, to which I said I just want to be sure I don't get charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle that was already dirty. They said ok. Upon return they rudely said I must now pay $250 to get the vehicle cleaned, even though I had told them the condition it was in before I even drove off. All of them acted like they never even spoke to me in the past. It makes sense now why they refused to walk the vehicle with me, it was all so they can deny any knowledge of the condition of the vehicle when picked up. The only reason I got this vehicle was because other companies were out at the time. Below are the pictures I took while still at the budget location prior to driving off.
